This is very nice Hotel Uttam Nivas near by the local market and railway station. Room is too good. full facilities. Staff behaviour is very polite. Uttam nivas is giving you utaam(means better) service then you stay there. I like this. This is in the budget and if u don't like to book Hotel Uttam Nivas for few hours so book this Hotel Uttam Nivas.

Hotel is very good, very close to the Ahmedabad Railway Station. 15 minutes walking distance from the Ahmedabad railway Station. Over all very nice and comfortable Hotel stay. The Hotel Uttam Nivas is very close to railway station which is a plus point. The rooms are okay for the rate they provide. It will be good choice for a solo traveller. The doors are squeaky and fan sound is so loud. I had a good stay.
