Hotel Vagmi

Hotel room was not at clean and secondly it wasnt as same as it was in catlogue ..!

Atithi Devo Bhava… Vagmi has implemented this in letter and spirit….they accommodated all our requests politely with smile and warmness….Rooms are clean and tidy.. all staff right from security to reception were really eager to help… they have been trained well…A special mention of Mr Binay….he really knows how to meet customer expectations..warm and cheerful…a true hospitality professional… wish there were more people like him in hotel industry….it felt as home…this is something even 5 star hotels lack these says..food is also excellent and tasty…it was an amazing happy experience for us during our 2 day stay…..highly recommended for all those who are looking for a pleasant stay in Varanasi !!

Room is very spacious and clean location is on the main road very easy to reach and parking available staff's behaviour is very good and co-operative

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The staff is also courteous. We had a very good experience staying at hotel vagmi. The restaurant is 24 hours and took order at 4 pm as well.

One of the worst experiences. When I reached hotel at 11:30, no one at front desk for 15 min. recep executive sent guard to find keys which he was unable to find. When reaching room, bedding was soiled, had to clean myself as we were very tired. In the morning no hot water, tap was broken and stains on bathroom floor. In the morning, food was terrible, boiled eggand food was served on time and took more than 30 min. Forgot to mention no dental kit, sealed mineral water bottle which i ordered

While doing booking hotel reception told me that I can check out after 12:30 pm after check in they told me to check out at 11:00 am. While ordering food they didn't provide me salad and while checking out they charge me for salad as well

very good food and serving on the call and staff behavior but the AC was not functioning properly. On calling all I was told that it's a central AC and they put it on high but still not much difference.
