Property dose not looks like as hotel, its looks like apartment 1. No brush, toothpaste 2. one water bottle that to local brand 3. BAD Smell FROM in AC 4. MASQITOS FROM WASH ROOMS 5. NO Hait driver There is no basic facilities properly but they are charging like 3star hotel price Thanks

despite booking and informing the hotel about our arrival there was no one at the reception. rooms were not ready and we had to request for everything from water. shoddy service. Above all, this place is not a hotel. just one floor in a residential building

Sir,we are sorry if you faced any kind of inconvenience.Ours is a Air B & B system project.Graveyard is situated on distant place.There is no slum area around.Road work is going on that's why 2/3 houses are built near the hotel for workers stay.And about drain ,There is no drains.its an Adila River.

Must avoid this and mmt should blacklist this too. The hotel has flooding issue Avoid if you have car or with family. The hotel is near a huge drain and a graveyard and the flood water fill basement even during slight drizzle . You cars will be damaged , you will be trapped in 12 th floor with no electricity, they will not inform you till the last moment . There will be snakes in drain water . You will be shifted to a horrible hotel

Pros: 1. Clean rooms 2. Smooth check-in and check out 3. Supportive staff and front desk 24 hr availability 4. Enough parking space 5. TV, fans and lighting was good 6. View from Room was good 7. Railway station tranfer available on request with extra cost 8. You can order food on food delivery apps directly to the room Cons: 1. Lift area was not clean and full of mosquitoes although room didn't had any mosquitoes 2. AC was making considerable noise but working enough to maintain room temperature 3. Location is far outside Solapur considering Connectivity and other facilities 4. Hotel is in residency where one floor has hotel rooms therefore apart from hotel floor lobby area, rest of the area is not maintained and feels like going to some low maintained chawls. 5. Restaurant is not available as other girls students from the building (non hotel area) joins and it's like mess. But staff is kind enough to request us to order from room. This hotel offers great value for around For a higher price point, you might find better options in the city. The location is ideal for guests with personal vehicles, provided they are aware of the hotel's unique setup and its positive and negative aspects.

I booked for 3 days and two nights i reached late due to some travel issues, so i reached late at night the person at the reception is demanding late arrival charges, was shock what the hell is demanding than I have to take help from make my trip to help in this issue, no one pick up their calls at 94, 91 their room services and reception. washrooms are small not as they are showing images
