Excellent property very clean and spacious room. Food is good. The property is in the middle of a residential area and just 10 min drive to the airport. The property is very convenient for travellers .

Room was good but could be better and cleaner. Some stains and dust there on bed sheet and pillow which should be taken care of. And door lock has to be fixed.

Puja,the recepcionist,was a key factor during my wonderful stay there. All the staff member were very kind. I have a strict gluten free diet and they could manage it with no problem.

Cleanness is not good as I expected.i found this property on mmtrip because of rating.overall experience is not good

The hotel room was very clean, whenever I called for room service they immediately responded. Whenever you ordered food from this hotel specifically non-veg they are terrifying, they used to cook frozen chicken which really taste horrible.

spacious rooms and bathrooms. staff behaviour and hospitality is very pleasant. food menu and taste is excellent.

stay was decent enough but food service is very slow which makes irritating after ordering the food and the quality was not top notch but ok ok. The cleaning was good and the ambience was very nice.

It was my 3rd time staying in this property as i have to visit bbsr a lot and i find its a very good place in that price range,but recently i am a bit disappointed because i believe the service was not upto the mark, the room i was in , was very clumsy not properly ventilated , and yes the food service is poor . I mean who keeps their guests to wait for an hour for food , sorry to say this but it’s my honest opinion. I don’t think i will opting for this one on my next visit .

I found this property on Make My Trip and the biggest feature of this property is that it is very close to the airport as well as the railway station.

Food was good but response time was unusually long. Used bed sheets were reused. They were surprised when we asked for fresh ironed bedsheets and replied that no bed sheet is ever ironed in the history of the hotel.

Sheets were bad and unclean
