Excellent room service, tasty food staff behaviour is very good, very caring people.

complementary breakfast was poor. all cold food they don't have cup and saucer serving tea or coffee in a plastic cup. food quality too bad, no toiletries are given. no moisturizer. AC not working in room.

The food felt like homemade and yummy, location is near jaydev which is central to all important and busiest places in bhubaneswar, facilities are good. In overall, we are very pleased with the cleanliness, food and service. Hope they continue to provide such service in future as well.

Location is good and rooms are ok but the sercice needs to improve. Thry do not have persons to even get the luggage from the car to the reception No security personal also present in the hotel. Did not food so no comment on that.

So unprofessional and don’t understand what services industry is, i checked in to the hotel room it was smelly and not properly cleaned. The wifi was not at all working i had to use my mobile network for my office work, the landline was not working even if after multiple complaints they did not bother to get it corrected, i had to go from second floor to ground floor for every little things to convey to them. On top of it at the time of check out, a little stain in the towel they had charged me 600. A complete messed and terrible experience. Think twice before booking this property.

Service was late, provided bath towel after multiple request and after having unrequired argument by the Front Office. Room are not properly cleaned.
