Unresponsive,lack of consideration,rude behaviour manager lady worst experience

So unprofessional and don’t understand what services industry is, i checked in to the hotel room it was smelly and not properly cleaned. The wifi was not at all working i had to use my mobile network for my office work, the landline was not working even if after multiple complaints they did not bother to get it corrected, i had to go from second floor to ground floor for every little things to convey to them. On top of it at the time of check out, a little stain in the towel they had charged me 600. A complete messed and terrible experience. Think twice before booking this property.

Service was late, provided bath towel after multiple request and after having unrequired argument by the Front Office. Room are not properly cleaned.

2 days I stayed there.. Second day I told them to clean my room in the morning, when I back at night it was not cleaned, everything was same.. They excused that it was in 4th floor that's why taking time.... 😆
