very dirty rooms windows not proper lights are not proper wounded dogs roam inside the lodge no housekeeping or maintenance

I recently stayed at van i lodge in visakhapatnam and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to the main attractions of the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, attending to requests promptly. However, there could be some improvements such as repairing of windows and more options for in-house dining. Overall, it's a good budget option for short stays, and i would recommend it for travelers looking for value for money.

Only adjustable for bachelor not suitable for family. Location is good, price is reasonable. Floor not clean, rats roaming inside the room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

the room is well furnished but it's only 1 window . because of which ventilation stops when we close the window to avoid mosquito 🦟 entry. atleast window has to be provided with mesh/net. one more thing is toilet & bathroom is in single room . wash basin inside which exactly touch the face when we use western toilet. wash basin should be outside the toilet room . heat water facilitiy is not available as said in propery description , instead they provide us water heater if we request.

Horrible no hotwater, no clean towels and bed sheets, no hygiene, no cleaning services, out side noise disturb sleep

Bathrooms are not hygienic. Floors are not cleaned, no bedsheets provided, bed covers are filled with statins. Overall it's very bad. You can share the feedback to the hotel and ask them to improve the standards

Terrible. Rooms not clean. Toilet bathroom very bad

1st we were provided a economy room with no lock to the bathroom. When complained they shifted me to next room with extra rs 150 charges

No room service at all. No change of bed sheets. No toilet cleaning. Most dirtiest toilet i had ever used. No cleaning. Its very funny to waste my money and time like this. But the staffs are very well behaved. I stay in room 301. Except toilet its ok. But cleaning not done

Property location is in front of dolphin hotel main gate. There is no hygiene no cleaning not even corridors of hotel. Staff of hotel is rude only owner of hotel is very good and well behaved. This hotel is not for family
