They asked us to wait for 1 hour during check in time as rooms were not available. Service is poor too.

The location of the property is highly difficult to find. No feasible road way to property. Mentioned as parking available but only one car parking is available, that also used by someone. car shall be parked at owners risk in public roadside, road also very narrow. irresponsible staff, he is refuse wakeup at 6.30 AM for check out.

1. The hotel location is not easily accessible 2. Employees are not friendly nature ans irresponsible. 3. Wash room not hygiene 4. No parking is available at hotel.

Good ambience and cheap, would recommend if you want to stay near kiit. Location is present in a good neighbourhood

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a cozy ambiance. Hotel is ok and for 1 day stay but still there is lot of thing which needs to be improved like when i have talked to the staff earlier on phone she has told me there would be no extra charges for early check in but when i reached at the hotel the person has told that there is nothing like that and you have to pay the etra charge which i think they should have informed me before rather than that there are no facewash or shampoo in the washroom also when i have ordered for lunch i have to remind them 2 to 3 times for the order and it took them around 1 hrs to bring the order which is also quiet irritating

Though the location of the hotel is good, everything else is pathetic. Rooms are dull, stinky. Bathroom was like a public toilet. Wifi didn't work, even didn't give a mosquito remover (allout or goodnight. Staffs were ok, but i guess the owner of the hotel doesn't seem to care to fix the issues. I checked-in to stay 1 day with family, but left hotel as soon as i could. I will never visit this place again.

The room was dirty and there was no room cleaning that happened during my stay. The air conditioner in my room was not working.

It was my 2 days of stay, the location of hotel is very good, it's on main road, staff behavior was very polite, service was also fast. Good
