Hotel Varanasi Heritage

I had gone to varanasi 6 days back along-with my mother (83 years old. I had stayed in deluxe room (no. 301). Basically its budget Hotel Varanasi Heritage. The location of the Hotel Varanasi Heritage is very nice. Assi ghat and tulsi ghat are at walkable distance. There is a small lift in the Hotel Varanasi Heritage. Cabs go upto the entrance of the Hotel Varanasi Heritage. We enjoyed lovely & homely food prepared by mr agnihotri & served by mr gupta. Both are very nice persons. I appreciate room service by mr ganesh. Before going to the Hotel Varanasi Heritage i had contacted mr anurag on phone and expressed my concerns regarding my old mother accompanying me to varanasi. On phone itself he clarified all my doubts & queries. The morning and evening ganga aarti at assi ghat are very nice. I took morning boat ride arranged by the Hotel Varanasi Heritage @ rs 2000. It covered all the ghats from tulsi ghat to manikarnika ghat & back. It took around 90 minutes. I also went for dashashwamedh ghat ganga aarti (evening) after kashi vishwanath darshan. Negative points are regarding the exorbitant rates of the Hotel Varanasi Heritage arranged for local tours, pick-up & drop from to local railway station & airport. Not happy with the attitude of Hotel Varanasi Heritage guide named mr diamond due to his personal settings with intermediaries during kashi vishwanath temple darshan. Instead of this, he must ask tourists directly for remunerations/tips in advance. He sits in/near reception of the Hotel Varanasi Heritage but claims to be guide not linked to Hotel Varanasi Heritage when going outside the Hotel Varanasi Heritage for local sightseeing/pilgrimage. Why such double standard? who was he - Hotel Varanasi Heritage staff or local guide? still riddle to me. Beware of this person, if you plan to stay in this Hotel Varanasi Heritage.

I recently stayed at this Hotel Varanasi Heritage and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is well maintained, clean, and the staff is polite. However, i want to share my thoughts on the room grading system. While researching, i noticed conflicting reviews about deluxe rooms, specifically regarding windows. Despite seeking clarification from the Hotel Varanasi Heritage, i received a vague response stating it depends on availability. In anticipation of my stay, i requested specific deluxe rooms with better amenities. Upon check-in, i was given rooms 204 and 205, both with windows that wouldn't open. Disappointed, i requested a change, emphasizing my prior request for better rooms. Eventually, i was moved to rooms 102 and 202, which, though on different floors, had windows facing the road. Observing the floor plan, rooms 1 and 2 appeared larger with better amenities compared to 4 and 5. It seems that if 1 and 2 are deluxe, 4 and 5 should belong to a lower category, and vice versa. My advice for those booking deluxe rooms is to insist on being allotted rooms 1 and 2. I also urge the Hotel Varanasi Heritage and mm t to address this inconsistency in room grading for a more transparent booking process.

Room: very clean room. All essentials were present in the room and the bathroom. A little small, but given that the room is nicely furnished, it is worth the money charged. Location: around 350m from assi ghat, it is perfectly located near the ganga ghat, easily walkable from the Hotel Varanasi Heritage. There are restaurants around, but we ate at the Hotel Varanasi Heritage, so cannot comment on that. Staff: the staff were the best. We checked in quite late and were running late for evening aarti. The staff at the reception suggested we first see the aarti and then come back to check-in. That was a very kind gesture. They assured us that our luggage would be safe and we need not worry, and we can go ahead and enjoy the aarti. Otherwise, very courteous and polite. Provided guidance around the city as well. Food: the restaurant in the Hotel Varanasi Heritage is quite good. Good variety of food available and the quality is excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The stay was really great. We stayed there for four nights. The location of the Hotel Varanasi Heritage was very near to Assi ghat. We went there just by walking. From the Hotel Varanasi Heritage, the Godowlia more was about only 10 mins either by an auto or by toto. Fare was 10-15 Rs only. There was also an SBI ATM just outside of the Hotel. The Hotel was nicely decorated with modern amenities. Room was little small but we'll decorated. Bathroom was very clean. They served toiletries, mineral water bottles every time after cleaning. Staff behaviour was very good. The dining was also very nice. With free breakfast. Different items were available. The foods were fabulous. Staff were very very good. Overall we enjoyed a lot and the stay was really very beautiful.

Food quality is good. Location is very convenient, the rooms are very well updated and upgraded staff is very cooperative, food is excellent. They have their own restaurant, food costly but quality is unmatched, marvelous services. Beautiful rooms. One of the best people i found in this Hotel Varanasi Heritage because of their hospitality, genuine, cleanliness, services. If you want to visit varanasi it the the closet of all. I just want to thank varanasi heritage for everything. It is going to be my selection every-time whenever i will be visiting varanasi again.

I am really unable to restrict my imotions about my Hotel Varanasi Heritage stay in varanasi heritage Hotel Varanasi Heritage within few words. It was just awesome excellent and very very wonderful experience. All parameters were just excellent. The most of all the stuffs are heavily cooperative caring well mannered and familier. They never felt us as outsider/traveller for single moment. I wish their prosperous journey forever by baba vishwanath's grace. Finally my ratings to the team varanasi heritage Hotel Varanasi Heritage is 10 out of 5.

Located 300 m from assi ghat, it’s a compact and a well manage Hotel Varanasi Heritage. Rooms though small are very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are modern with very good water pressure but with kinda fixed timing for hot water, which was manageable but weird. We didn’t eat any meals at the Hotel Varanasi Heritage as we were always eating outside except the breakfast that though limited in variety was tasty. We went for a temple darshan tour with the Hotel Varanasi Heritage guide shiva, that was fun and informative, i would recommend it.

Me and my wife stayed here for 2 days in standard room. The room was too good! very neat and clean and organised. The staff behaviour was excellent. The room service was top notch and so was the food quality. The best thing about the Hotel Varanasi Heritage is the distance from assi ghat which is only a few metres and would hardly take a couple of minutes by walk. Must stay in this Hotel Varanasi Heritage if you are planning to visit varanasi with your family. Completely value for money.

Assi ghat is walkable distance. Well behaved and cooperative staff. Room were cleaned and staff were prompt in their services. Pick up & drop vehicles fare we’re high as compared to local. Overall experience was - good.

Ideal location for Ganga Aarti close to Asi ghat. Very clean rooms, good food, pleasant and courteous staff. Excellent reception staff. Value for money. Arranged boat trip, day tour etc.

We enjoyed the hot water, access to the restaurant, and the flexibility for various arrangements (tour, taxi, early check-in and late checkout). The car driver we had (twice) was the best we had during our entire trip in India (thanks Mr. Dada!).

Good location if you want to stay close to assi ghat but parking is difficult. Limited breakfast option starts late 8. 30-10. 30. Staff service for breakfast is good. Overall good stay at crowded old city.

Really this Hotel Varanasi Heritage is Heritage of Varanasi.

The Hotel Varanasi Heritage is conveniently located near Tulsi ghat. Also being pure vegetarian, Hotel Varanasi Heritage is well suited for pilgrimage. Rooms are good and clean.

The services provided were really good. The staff was very supportive and there for the customers at all times. Overall, it was a good stay. Also thanks to mm t for booking my stay so conveniently and affordable price. No, thank you

Couldn't stay long because of travel delays, but i had 2 deluxe rooms and one standard room booked, rooms were decent. Good value for money. Staff was very gentle and helpful. Location is a bit off, but Hotel Varanasi Heritage does provide options for transport or u can take a taxi or auto

Near to Assi ghat, you can take boat ride and enjoy scenic view from Ganga.
