The stay was decent, very old property. The best thing was accessible to all the places and centers of the city. Room service is not good. Better you can go out for food.

The room was clean, decent, and convenient for our needs. Although there was no on-premise food option, there are many food choices available very close to the hotel, which made dining easy. The biggest issue was the parking. While parking was available, the space was very limited, and cars were parked in a way that blocked each other. At no point were we informed about this challenge, and it would have been helpful if the staff had communicated it upfront or rearranged cars based on guests’ needs. I couldn’t access my car when needed, and it became such a hassle that I ended up hiring a taxi. Overall, the room was decent, but parking challenges and lack of communication affected our stay.

There was a kind of cheating as the room pictures at the time of booking were different in reality. For premium room booking, they offered deluxe room

I travelled with family to Chikmagalur and stayed here for a day. Liked the facility. Good room and parking.

Manager at the reception was very rude. I asked him to give new soaps and he was rudely questioning why do I need it. I'll not book this hotel again

hotels location is nearer to many tourist places,,hotel staff was polite. Rooms may feel a bit congested as it is an old hotel recently got renovated. But, rooms have all basic amenities. Comfortable accommodation for 2 in a room

The hotel is located close by to Bus Stand and is at the heart of the city. One can easily commute for sight seeing either by hired taxi or by own vehicle. I had booked a Premium room and a King room, both rooms were very good. Food is also very good with a decent variety been available. Staff is courteous and polite.

Hotel is in very convenient location, staff were very good. Very clean and neatly maintained. They provided all basic amenities such as tooth brush, toothpaste, bath soap, handwash, water, toilet tissue, sofa, chains, centre table, side table, a/c, tv etc, extra pillows, wardrobe, hand towels, bath towels etc. They should clean the bathroom, otherwise no other concerns, it was a nice stay.

The hotel was very good and room was very tidy and was on the main road which helped to easily access other places. Value for money as the room was very sufficient

Vasanth vihar is perfect for people who love traveling with comfort, property location is very good in city and near to tourist attractions, and can get everything nearby, and the food was really fresh and hygienically made and served to us, and the staff is really friendly, no any other peaceful place to stay and enjoy our trip &food, we really enjoyed staying in vasant vihar
