Hotel Vasdaa Grand

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vasda Grand. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The service was excellent, and the staff was very courteous. A special mention for Vansh at the reception — he was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He handled the check-in and check-out process smoothly and ensured all my requests were taken care of promptly. His friendly attitude truly added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

Services - Outstanding with all facility facilities. Location-Centrally located, at the centre of Dehradun, Rishikesh and Airport. Food- Delicious. Staff - Very Cordial. Very much satisfied.

The room shown in the picture and the real were different. The bed was broken and table was painted on the day we arrived, so we could not bear the smell of the paint in the entire room. The window glass was open and we were not able to close it. It was raining in the night and all water came inside the room. We could not sleep the whole night. The cut fruit we have been served with were spoilt food. They have taken it back upon our complaint.

Location of hotel is good away from traffic and near to Lachiwala nature park, exploring nature you can do from Hotel Vasdaa Grand. Services at hotel is good with a nice complimentary breakfast.

Hotel was good, however, location is not great. Toilet stinks and TV doesn't work Room and cleanliness was good. Breakfast options were less, food and service was good

Room was big, pool was clean, food was also tasty.

AC wasn’t working since day 1. Workers attitude is bad towards customer request. Good mentioned in Menu card won’t be available most of the time. If party / event is happening then this hotel won’t provide proper food to their guests despite of requesting for Roti and limited dish.

It's a banquet hotel. It's a huge property, but not oriented towards regular visitors. Landlines phone., hot water kettle, mobile charging socket were not working. Restaurant was not attended by anyone. Not recommended for ladies travelling alone.

Booking was on make my trip, hospitality was good, but my request for non spicy food was not met properly and lunch served on 9th august was spicy though i requested to change, the same bowl was served after 15 minutes, i was cheated, no fruits were made available for breakfast

Construction going on, dirty outdoors, phone not working, surprised that i had to pay 400 for a lost card. Which all hotels give for free. Had to bring my luggage myself during checkout

Very bad when we went their time so as you said that swimming pool is open and we said them that where is pool they it is not open because of construction Then as we booked three delux room in 1 floor they said it's not their you all will be having different floors we were not ok as when called them previous day we called them atleast 20 times they didn't picked out call they have given us simple room

In every way the hotel was great. Thanks to the very welcoming staff, my stay was really comfortable! also the food was amazing! food, ambience, hospitality all in one was a hundred!

I did not stay at the hotel i booked a room for 3 adults and one child but room was not sufficient for 2 adults i had to check out in 2 hours and booked another hotel feeling aggrieved and cheated will never book a hotel in future looking at photos pathetic service

The rooms are excellent and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The only real problem is the food as the restaurant is non-functional. However, room service is available. The other issue is that the food is a little expensive for the quantity and the quality of the hotel.
