Dear Mr. Vasanth, We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet expectations. 🙏 However, we are concerned that several details in your review appear factually incorrect: The room size mentioned (“6x6 feet”) is not possible in our property. Hot water is available in all rooms via our centralized solar water heating system; occasionally a few minutes of drain may be needed in early mornings. Complimentary breakfast and dinner are always provided as per the booking plan. Laundry is usually delivered within 24 hours. Our staff consistently receive positive feedback for their courteous service. None of the photos you posted belong to our property. We take cleanliness, service, and guest comfort very seriously. We request you to share your booking details with us so we can investigate this matter thoroughly.
