Overall experience was not good at all although distance wise it is best because it is situated just 500m away from har ki pauri but the room were not clean, the bedsheet was dirty, the blanket was very dirty, all sockets were not working tv geyser were not working, worst experience

Hotel had already sold my room before i check in there. I arrived hotel at 12:10 am but they said hotel was fully sold and no room available then i asked them to avail me then they said they will provide but i have spent my al night on reception and also didn't provide breakfast

Hotel is in very congested place where one has to carry luggage by hand . to the hotel…also gyser was not working,hotel staff unfriendly…charged 2000 rupees as one key got stuck and broke in the lock…

Room is very small, poorly maintenaned, no room service facility, no amenities at all. Location is also not easy to find.

This hotel is close to the ghat, there is also facility to go to mansa devi temple, all facilities of market, shops, food and drinks are available, the hotel staff is very friendly, all facilities are available in the room. The hotel room has hot water facility and air conditioning and non air conditioning rooms.
