The room was very good and the stay is very close to temple and palace but the worst service I have ever experienced.they don’t even have a proper parking space we’re allowed park in the parking of reliance but infront of the parking entrance there always some other vehicles we have to wait upto 20 min every time when we’re taking the car reception lady is also so rude the eveing staff was okay but the day time service was too poor

Location wise the property is at central place. Walkable to many stores & pharmacy. Tourist attractions are also nearby. Food served was acceptable but not something to wow about. Amenities were basic. No housekeeping was done in our 2 day stay.

I was in Deluxe room 100 meters walk in a narrow lane Only a two wheeler can fit in it stay is pleasant and staff are supportive complimentary breakfast is limited shower is leaky curtain in bathroom is dirty curtain is not necessary there AC will take quite long time to cool the room Blankets are not good, not ac blanket. Bedsheet is preferable to that blanket.

Stay was good, all staffs very cordial, break fast, very nice with traditional south indian style. Though my check in time was 12. 00 noon we reached 3 hours early the in the reception staff accomadated with out uttering any thing. The build is new but in conjusted area parking is difficult, cabs and autos are available for conveyance.

Parking is not in the same building. The hotel is in a narrow late about 50mts from main road. Not so clean rooms, the first room we checked in had wet mattress. All bathrooms are small. Not very helpful staff, not worth the price.

The rooms were good for the price. But even a auto cannot drop you infront of the hotel coz of the narrow path. Though the distance between mainroad and the hotel is very short, they way to the hotel is not clean. May not be to able to use the trolley bags in that path. Inside hotel things were neat.

Fairly new property. Good location in the centre of city but the approach roadcis less than 10feet. Parking is in adjacent reliance showroom. The toilets need to be deep cleaned and plumbing lines to be checked as there was foul smell. Besides these issues overall stat was comfortable
