Hotel Vels Court

12-12 is not a good thing They should give us the option to choose between various check in and check out timings. In my case we travel-led with an infant and the journey got delayed and we reached the Hotel Vels Court at 7. 30pm in night. Though the receptionist was kind enough to give us an extension for couple of hours, they kept on pressurising us asking when we will be vacating. This is not a good sign for the visitors. There should be multiple check-in/out options available for the customer to choose from. Else the experience is not going to be fully satisfied. Apart from this the stay was good. Rooms are all good and neatly maintained. This is not my first stay here. Prices have gone up a lot lately in this Hotel Vels Court thus making it feel a little less value for money these days. They should have added more features to justify the cost instead they have shut down the restaurant that was available in the campus. In one way this is good too, as the restaurant wasn't that great during my last visit (can rate the restaurant 2. 5/5.

Travel-led to palani during 3rd week of nov and had a pleasant stay at vels court. Staff at reception are very responsive and they took immediate action on whatever we have asked. Very much impressed. One example is that, they have provided us an umbrella when we came to downstairs @9 pm in the night for dinner and it was raining that time. We didn't even requested for it, but as a courtesy they provided umbrella to use by looking at our situation. In the early morning, we asked for auto and one old man at reception immediately ran outside to get some auto for us. I assume this is enough to give 5 star rating. One point to note for travellers is, this Hotel Vels Court do not provide towels. A/c is in very good condition, hot water was available whenever we used. So, overall we had a very good stay here. It was a good experience, when i called two days prior to inform about early check-in, mr. Muthukumar promptly kept it ready for me and greeted me when i reached the Hotel Vels Court on 2nd march for an early check-in. The Hotel Vels Court room was very neat, tidy enough to manage what you were meant to do. I had received sufficient information from muthukumar about how to complete my darshan along with tonsure vendhudal also. Overall. A really good stay, hopefully they are able to provide food in the future.

We always book vel's court only when we stay at palani because of the pleasent stay we experience each time of the stay. The place is very near to all the important places and we can manage our planning very well because of the location. The restaurant was close which is the only drawback we faced. If not over awesome the stay was.

It's a decent Hotel Vels Court and a quiet one. Stayed with father mother and mu family. The location dosent have a resturant but nearby there is aryas which is a good resturant. You can also ask the guard to buy food for you and he will get food from the resturant of your liking. Altogether it's a pleasant stay.

Hotel is excellent value for money room and linen is clean Hotel Vels Court staff are very helping. Mr muthukumar is very helping and courteous at late hours that i reached after flight delay. The ladies at counter during day time are also very helping and courteous. I recommend this Hotel Vels Court to all.

Hotel is very near to temple and was very convenient. Parking was good. But behavior one of the receptionist could have been improved further as she before welcoming she was eager in telling us to leave the place on the next day bit early as then only they will get more guest which i personally felt auckward.

Property is located at walkable distance from main temple steps. Car parking available. Booked deluxe room found it very spacious and comfortable. Took additional bed, but they provided only bed and no cot. People at the reception are friendly. Overall the one day stay was very good.

Very helpful staff and they also arranged a guide for darshan and pooja had a very enjoyable pilgrimage to palani

Good place to stay with family near by to temple meat and clean rooms. Front office lady staff are very kind

Only drawback is tv not able to see as it shows recharge not done and everything is fine other than that

The Hotel Vels Court is very near to the temple entrance and to the winch station. I stayed in the family executive suite and it was neat and clean. No restaurant in the Hotel Vels Court but there are many restaurants near by.

Hospitality was excellent. Check in was smooth and quick. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Very near to adivaram.

I had spent one night in palani at volts court lodge. It is comfortable and suitable for family

Their hospitality was excellent. Front desk properly guided for darshan of palani temple. They allowed 3 hours extra stay happily and without any extra payment. Perfect location for the temple.

The Hotel Vels Court is situated near Adivaram. Clean and hygienic rooms.
