This was my first and last stay here, i booked an executive room to stay. When i reached there, not a warm welcome, reception guys behave like i m coming at dharamsala (dormitory) and asked me booking proof, then he allowed me room which was packed (not have any window/ view, i don’t like to stay in packed room, so i requested for change, then after 2 hour he allocated me downgrade deluxe room208 with window ac, nothing was good to impress in this room, every thing is old dated and lack of maintenance. Food quality was okay but not good, i eaten his veg kofta & cheese finger with one mug beer in evening in night and, i got loose motion in morning. Again when checking out reception guy arguing for issue the proper bill with both person name, even on request not stamped bill, he said sir this is gst bill, stamp not required. not recommendable
