Very disappointed stay- Not As shown in Pictures.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room I was given was nothing like what was shown in the pictures during booking. Online, the rooms looked clean, modern, and well-maintained, but the actual room was old, dirty, and poorly kept. There was a strong unpleasant smell, the bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. This was not worth the money at all. I felt misled by the pictures. On top of that, the hotel staff didn’t take my complaints seriously or offer any proper solution. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Be careful — what you see online might not be what you get here.

the hotel have also good room on same price but they provide me low quality room and dirty washroom ac not started after saying phone not available for contact to reception and it's too highly priced .it should not more the 800rs according to my privious stay another hotels ....... I think they not interested with mmt customers...

familyThe photos which are shown in the app of the hotel room are completely different from which they are provided.Dirty mattress and pillow, blanket were not at all washed and toilets were maintained average.No geyser in the washroom,they are providing in buckets but hot water facility is good. Cots were totally damaged. we have booked AC rooms but they have allotted non AC rooms.I am not at all recommend it for family stay ,only bachelors or men groups can stay. Don't book this hotel in. online apps .

soloHotel staff asked me to pay extra money for the room they are showing on the photos. After my booking actual room was very dirty, without pillow cover and bed-sheet, without shower and geiger in the washroom. When i asked them to give me the room they uploaded photos, they asked me to pay extra money (550- per day. Also the denied to refund if i cancel my booking. So it was a trap and very bad experience.
