The hotel was decent, but not worth the price. Similar or better hotels with AC rooms are available at a lower cost, whereas this one offered non-AC rooms at a comparatively high rate.

Had a great stay everything was as perfect as described on the description. There were no issues and everything was perfect

Though may seem old from the outside, the stay and the food were amazing, view from the restaurant was also really good.

This property was good. We faced an issue 8n this hotel. We informed hotel to reach in late hrs. After reaching at hotel, there was no one to take our luggage. Mr. Sumit at hotel denied for any help. Finally, we took our luggage to the 1st floor. Here behavior of mr. Sumit was very shameful. Firstlyy, he denied to provide bucket in the bathroom. According to him. If shower is available than why bucket is need. We were surprised and depressed with this answer. After opposing him, he managed bucket some how. During the departure, we faced same issue and luggage was handled by my family upto the vehicle. Mr. Sumit had no guilty about this. Except mr. Sumit, the day staff was very good and helped us during the stay. We appreciate them. Please convey this message to the hotel owner so that he would be able to take decision on such a irresponsible person.

This hotel is very good. Rooms are also very neat and clean. Hotel location is also very nice. You can see valley view from the hotel.

We booked a valley sided room for an overpriced rate. The valley side view was not at all followed the expectations, as it was blocked by hp petro pump and it's huge advertisements connected with the hotel and an ongoing construction of a building hampering the other side. We basically have to use a common balcony of hotel to see the view. Therefore, it's no use to book valley sided room and a normal non-ac room shall suffice due to cool temperature in majorly all seasons. With respect to lounge and bar, it is not at all suggested to go there on weekends. The crowd was not good at all as there were some middle aged men, who were heavily drunk and misbehaved with other guests. What's worst is that the staff does not assist you much and were assisting and prioritising them only. The lounge and bar has good view, but it is preferable to go during weekdays to avoid roudy crowd.

Property was clean and view was good. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. It was a pleasant stay.

We stayed there while enroute to shimla. The staff was welcoming and rooms were clean. Quick room service. The cafe bar is also good.

Everything was almost perfect staff : 5 food : 5 hygiene : 5 rooms : 5 starsss the only thing is location which i'll give 4 stars, there is not much around the hotel to see, but since it's parwanoo not kasauli, it's still better than other hotel's locations
