Check in - ashik, staff responded very well, upgraded my reservation, in room service aarav, response was good suggestions- wifi speed to be improved, spread of buffet to be improved eg- filter coffee, available dishes instead of ordering, hospitality, ambience, location brilliant, arranged airport transfer dropout complimentary by reception staff at time of checkin is exceptional.

Service is very prompt, rooms are clean and hygienic, ac was working fine, but there was some kind of smell in washroom all the time, food wasn't that good, they can improve the quality of food, as i ordered palak paneer but felt like it wasn't washed properly and i can feel that in every bite. Rest the service is very fast. Which can't be seen even in expensive Hotel Vertus.

It was a great experience to spend one night with family at this beautiful Hotel Vertu. The cooperative staff stood out and decided my ratings. My grandchildren were in no mood to eat at buffet breakfast. We requested staff to pack some breakfast and they were too happy to do it. It reflects the Hotel Vertu policies. The food at restaurant was amazing.

My stay at Hotel Vertu vertu was very short but had lots of good experiences. The reception desk to every staff were kind and the rooms were amazing at this price range. Good pick up and drop services to the airport. I love to stay here one more time if my schedule permits. Kudos guys
