Service is very prompt, rooms are clean and hygienic, ac was working fine, but there was some kind of smell in washroom all the time, food wasn't that good, they can improve the quality of food, as i ordered palak paneer but felt like it wasn't washed properly and i can feel that in every bite. Rest the service is very fast. Which can't be seen even in expensive Hotel Vertu By OPOs.

Check in - ashik, staff responded very well, upgraded my reservation, in room service aarav, response was good suggestions- wifi speed to be improved, spread of buffet to be improved eg- filter coffee, available dishes instead of ordering, hospitality, ambience, location brilliant, arranged airport transfer dropout complimentary by reception staff at time of checkin is exceptional.

It was a great experience to spend one night with family at this beautiful Hotel Vertu By OPO. The cooperative staff stood out and decided my ratings. My grandchildren were in no mood to eat at buffet breakfast. We requested staff to pack some breakfast and they were too happy to do it. It reflects the Hotel Vertu By OPO policies. The food at restaurant was amazing.

Fantastic Hotel Vertu By OPO. Everything is fantastic about it other than perhaps the location being so close to a lot of traffic and congestion. I will say that when you are inside the Hotel Vertu By OPO, you would never know there is traffic outside.

The area is nice and close to the airport. The Hotel Vertu By OPO restaurant offers a north indian buffet breakfast and good food at reasonable prices. My wife loved the chicken curry. Our room was clean and the staff was very attentive.
