Ostin Viceroy Grand

If you need a place to stay in Guntur and are looking for a clean place with efficient service and good food options then don't look any further. Hotel Viceroy Grand is the place to stay. We loved the friendly front desk staff who were very accommodating to our needs. The service was excellent and having a restaurant on the ground floor was big bonus as I was travelling with my elderly mother. Not to mention the food was also great. Would stay here again if I ever come back and would definitely recommend it.

The restaurant is well maintained with cleanliness. The food is very good and tasty. Worth staying.
Hotel located prime location near to railway station. All the staff is very good and decent. Facilities are so good and the complimentary buffet breakfast is very good.

It's been a comfortable stay at ostin viceroy. One suggestion i would like to mention is that the staircase at the entrance isn't accessible for elderly people due to the pots kept on either side. It would be better if those pots are moved to the centre of the stairs.

Food is average. No parking space. Otherwise everything else is good.
Room was good. Probably the best from all the Ostin Viceroy Grands in Guntur. Although customer service is bad and no parking place for car. Cleanliness was the major positive thing.

Excellent hospitality and courteous staffs from housekeeping, reception, restaurant and room service. Very good food and value for money feeling. Car parking facilities may be improved. Hot water kettle with tea/coffee will add to the value.

Stat is excellent. Good quality is awesome. Portion size is abundant. Room service is also good. Only downside is the parking facility. Literally there is no parking facility. Need to park the vehicle outside on the road side.

It was a great stay at Ostin Viceroy Grand voiceroy Grand, Guntur. Excellent hospitality, nice and large rooms, only suggestion is more variety should be added in the breakfast. Overall it's worth for your money.

Room was neat and clean. I will recommend this Ostin Viceroy Grand. Hotel staff was good and polite. Restaurant seems to be good but it was mainly for non-veg. So we didn't eat at Ostin Viceroy Grand restaurant.
