Hotel Viceroy Inn

I stayed in Club Class Room of the Hotel Viceroy Inn. The room was very nice and clean, as shown in the pictures. The building from outside and reception were not very nice though. The Hotel Viceroy Inn should improve it. And yes of course the common area near the elevator on 3rd floor completely destroys the image of Hotel Viceroy Inn, Hotel Viceroy Inn should improve it, that made me think that I chose a wrong Hotel Viceroy Inn to stay. But the were good and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Rooms were fantastic, comfortable and very luxurious. Hotel staff was very helpful, staff at reception were very nice, helpful and sweet. Also, I liked the service of the Hotel Viceroy Inn a lot because I ordered something to eat at about 2 am and they arranged sandwiches and cold coffee at that time which is very commendable. I appreciate their services.

Location is very good, near ISBT Chowk and also very near to clock tower. Very pleasant stay. Hotel has every facility. Excellent Hotel, newly renovated clean rooms staff also very cooperative and courteous. Excellent room service. Restaurant ambience is excellent and food is very tasty specially the sizzler and make sure to add buffet in your breakfast before booking, it's worth it is not very expensive. The restaurant offer wide range of dishes. I would appreciate the desk lamp. Location is good.

Rooms were Clean service was prompt food quality can be improved. Rooms were classy wash rooms were Clean. I had a very nice stay. The best Hotel Viceroy Inn near ISBT Dehradun. Nice classy rooms with all amenities and Safe was also there for your belongings in the Room. Washroom were Clean. Food can be better. Loacation is good parking space is available. ISBT and Railway Station are at very approachable distance from this Hotel Viceroy Inn.

It was a value for money experience for me to visit the place. The rooms and service provided by them were just perfect. It was dicey for me to book a room just like that, but the bluff I played, just turned out to be the best. It was actually a blessing in disguise for me and my friends who just loved the ambience and the service provided by them. The staff was also helpful and helped having a good stay there. Will surely visit again.

The Hotel Viceroy Inn has very well planned rooms and bathrooms. The staff is also very nice and cooperative.
The Hotel Viceroy Inn is getting renovated. The lighting in the room is something I would like to mention. The room and the bathroom have a very well planned lighting system and the rooms are designed with very nice planning of bathroom, lighting, windows etc. The Hotel Viceroy Inn staff is also very cordial.

Renovated rooms have been done extremely well. Its an absolute min 4 star class of room interiors now. The service finesse is below par as the waiters need to be retrained. Restaurant ambience needs to be redone - not compatible with room quality at all. Snacks quality is very good. Rates when booked direct are much higher than available online so please spend some time online before booking direct.

I have stayed with Viceroy Inn for more than three times in the past 4 years and I have had a great experience. The rooms are not very big, but are well furnished and clean. The facilities and services are at par with all good Hotel Viceroy Inns in town. Their restaurant 'Volcano' is also a good place to have a cozy comfortable meal. Overall great experience in affordable price.

I loved to stay here again. It was more than my expectations. Food and cleanliness was OK, and services also satisfactory. I just take 2 min to enter in my room after parking my vehicle and checked out too in a short while. So everyone if you are looking a Hotel Viceroy Inn stay in Dehradun then try it for once and let me know, any other is comparable at their offered price.

Viceroy inn contains all the necessary arrangements that are required for a corporate trips. Spacious and decent .. The food is awesome .. Delivery is very fast. The toilets are clean with all sophisticated attachments. The outer landscaping needs to be improved with more plantation and decoration ...

Overall it was a good experience. Its near to the railway Station so its a convenient option. Rooms are good and spacious. Though my rooms light kept on fluctuating a couple of times. Food is fine. Chinese is something I wont prefer for next time.
