Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Victoria International. Everything about the Hotel Victoria International was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Whenever i come to kattappana, i stay this Hotel Victoria International. There service are excellent. The staff are very friendly and good. Today there is harthal here, but they are providing foods.

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Good service. But the shower needed repair and the hot water supply wasn't working. For these two reasons alone i am withholding an excellent rating.
