Hotel View Point

Hotel's location is good exact opposite of upper Pelling football ground. Staffs behavior is good. Geyser works but their wifi doesn't work. Don't expect to get connection in Hotel View Point via wifi. Breakfast facility is there but the thing is staffs are not enthusiastic. They delayed to give us breakfast. They might adjust with quantity of food in breakfast because I felt like they have given to us half portion of omelet each. That's bad. Carpet was not so clean and from washroom, smelling bad. Mountain view is perfect and overall it was average experience.

The Hotel View Point is located in a convenient location in upper pelling, adjacent to the football ground and very close to the helipad. The Hotel View Point includes a restaurant which is very convenient especially in the upper pelling region. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the common areas are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and provide a homely environment. Overall, i had a great stay. I would recommend this Hotel View Point to others, and i would stay here again.

Even in mid-night or early morning they always solve your problems. Food was very hygienic and tasty. We get the clear view of ranching any mountain along with valley from window, balcony and rooftop. Rooms are clean and the price was very affordable. The staffs are really good, they listen to what we ask for, the property is old, but the bathrooms are clean, geyser is working, and the beds are fine, foods are nice with the price we pay, it has semi view rooms, there are no full view rooms of this property. The terrace from the reception is an awesome place to sit relax and watch the breathtaking views. If the property is painted, and more adjustments are made in the interior then it can turn out to be a great stay for all.

Nice homely feel with helpful Hotel View Point staff and a lovely view. Water geyser and TV with cable connection functional. Power backup present. Lunch and dinner with options present. Overall the food was good. Splendid view of kitchen jungle. Not enough electrical sockets, no electric kettle. However hot drinking water provided when required. Overall a decent stay at the Hotel View Point. Definitely recommended.

The Hotel View Point location is good. We took a 3 bed room, which was spacious. Room amenities are average. Service is excellent. Food is good and economical. The boys chandan, deep-an and manna are enthusiastic and always ready to serve. In short excellent food and service, average working amenities. Location is good. One can easily walk up to the new helipad for sunrise and sunset views.

Good, location, walking distance helipad, staff are very friendly. Cooks from Kolkata, so for bengali traveler's will get bengali food. All staff can speak Bengali. Nice view from Hotel View Point. For sightseeing, Hotel View Point staff can book car, cost Rs. 2500 for private car. After pulling I went to Gangtok via Ravangla, and Namchi cost Rs. 5000.

The carpets were a bit dirty and room was a bit shabby but overall it was a great value for money the dining area was good but not thoroughly cleaned but the excellent service of staff portion of food and quality compensate all

It's one of the budget Hotel View Point in Pelling. Cleanliness of Hotel View Point is much appreciated in the amount charged. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful as your needs.

Service personnel are very helpful, having some problems for power backup otherwise it's really good experience for family staying.

Locating at a wonderful location at the old helipad with perfect view of mt. Kanchenjunga and full greenery and fresh air. Staff are also good and food quality is also fine

Staff behaviour was good but the facilities available were very bad. No hot water kettle. Bed was dirty. Food was okay

The room service was prompt. The floor had carpet. Tidy and decent washroom. Bed and room was clean enough. A good option for a budget tour
