Accomodation, room service was excellent..only thing that disappoints me is in breakfast they have very limited items to serve.

The location was good, ambience is so so hotel and construction, coordination between the staff is not good. No food facility, morning breakfast is okay.

Hotel room looked nothing like photos... washroom were terribly unclean, taps were leaking... was not able to connect to wifi...dustbins were not cleaned garbage was there wen we entered the room... room was smelly... overall pathetic experience and way over priced...

There was no restaurant in the hotel. The staff was extremely polite. The cleanliness of the corridor and the room was nice and decent. The washrooms were very clean.

Our stay was rather underwhelming due to several avoidable issues. The check-in process was inconvenient—they insisted on receiving documents only via email, with no flexibility. The so-called deluxe room fell short of expectations; it was poorly maintained and not worth the price, especially when better options are easily available elsewhere. The washroom hygiene was below standard, and the overall upkeep of the room left much to be desired. Additionally, we experienced a lack of cooperation from the staff during check-in, which made the experience even more disappointing.

Room was clean . Sufficient space is available. Washroom and basin not clean upto the mark. No restaurant is available. They must open it immediately.

The bathroom was not washed as it looked like it was used by previous arrivals. A C was not working Properly

bohat hi jada unhygienic room thi , service bhi bohat jada bekar thi, tv unit me dust tha , floor pe puri dhool jami huyi thi, room me dustbin nahi tha , bedsheet change nahi ki gayi thi, jo log pahile check-out kar k gaye the unke sab kachara vahinpe pada hua tha bedsheet pe baal pade huye the, bolne ke baad room clean kiya gaya after check in , bathroom odour very bad , very bad n horrible exepirience, if any one book hotel room , first check the room then booked

Washroom was unclean, basic cutlery was not available in room. It’s total loot of 4k for deluxe room.

The hotel was not good. not clean. bathroom was not good. bed was not क्लीन. not maintained properly.

The staff and owner are very good and polite! Cleanliness can be much better, had to ask for it but they did it whenever I asked
