It is a decent HOTEL VIJAYARANI at a busy road right opposite to the trichy govt hospital. Interiors are good overall while the bathroom is already showing its age. The main disadvantage is that one has to climb about 10 stairs to get to the HOTEL VIJAYARANI lobby. So it is not suitable for old people who can't climb stairs. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food. Good for a one night's stay.

The room was spacious and fully furnished. Wash rooms were extraordinarily clean. The food was good with a variety of options and the staff was very attentive and ensured whether we were comfortable. Our stay was very nice. Room and washroom was clean. Complementary breakfast had a good mix of items. Location is on the main road with only a couple of kilometres to the bus stand and railway station. Recommended for budget stay
