very dirty not cleaned and taken extra. money 300/- even after payment done in advance for other room that also not much clean not provided any tovel or soap ...

Nothing was good. There was a lot of heating and washroom problems. And the service was also not good. The rate became very high as per this.

Room door latch is damaged. Room is not cleaned. Not provided towel

Hotel issue many problem there is problem and iam visit to hotel owner tell me this not allow hotel couple you ask make may trip customer service refound your amount

The room was ok according to price and the staff was very friendly with the customer and experience with this lodge is good.

I didn't stay here. Because actual price is just 250 and mmt charged 504 rs. It's not correct mmt is hiding the actual price

Really so much smell, even soap box is not there, you can't even sleep there.

I liked the rooms at all. They were not clean and mattress were not at all good. Faced issue with food, they don't provide food.

Don't book room through make my trip if you go directly you ll get room at 500 rs and if you bargain then you get room at 300 also. But make my trip is charging 620 rs. This is worst experience of my life.
