Hotel location was fantastic, opposite to bus station. Rooms were not hygienic. Old fashioned rooms. Restaurant is under renovation. Room tariff is not as per the standard they provide. Price is costlier only due to location.

as per the price room was not upto the mark, costly bit as per the room. room was not clean , bedsheets were also not cleaned. ac remote was not working and it was at 19 °c always so we couldn't change the temperature. room was so chilled so we have to off the ac, though we have taken ac room but it was no use for us.washroom handshower was not proper, water leakage. room number was 402 for your reference.

Room ventilation very pathetic, tv screen failure n small tv wasteless, no air, bedsheets n pillow not changed, use same which already used by others, i hv shown live to room boy then he as changed using other used bedsheets n pillow n towels it may harm skin allergy or some extend during covid19 pandemic one of the worst hotel n waste of money pl take necessary action rgds
