Staff behavior and room maintenance is excellent and hotel located at prominent place in Siliguri

unable to lock the door so Vacated room in next 2 hr only. how eveer location were good and near to Bus/ junction

Found on make my trip app but hotel was not upto the mark as price and the room was conjusted and not so clean

Good food and location. But there was no service. Even on day 2 no one was bothered to clean the room also

They didn't provided us accommodation, although there was a confirm booking from mmt, which was informed to mmt but, no satisfactory solution was received. Which is Terrible.

Food too much costly. Morning room service available only after 9 am. Room telephone is also faulty.

Location is excellent. Overall cleanliness good. Cover of blankets appear not so clean and used one. Staffs were very well behaving and helpful. Food at resturant was good.

Yes, it was average good, and service also ok but they need to improve more like providing warm water to drink during winter, and the room in which i stayed even there was not a fan also. So not much happy. Just ok from me. 3

Posetive - - -1-- location was good situated in a locality that's so you can get general store and medical shop is available easily 2--they give me early check in at 6.30am and charged 300/- 3--stuff was decent Negetive - - - 1-- cleanliness was very average one night was enough 2-- they provide water but that was not a sealed bottle that was just tap water 3-- they had a restaurant but the restaurant's food was over price and Restaurant was empty sofa, better not to depend on their restaurant

rooms are specious and clean. foods were tasty. Location of hotel was good. interiors were good. Service and behavior of staff was good.

All good but behaviour of night staff is pathetic. He has very big attitude problem. I don't know what to say else

Prime location. Clean spacious well ventilated non air conditioned room. Comparatively cheap. Friendly staff. Good food.

Hotel is in very good location, it is not on main road , it is on bylaane, just minute walking from main road, so there is no noises, which I personally like very much. Foòd quality is good but prices little bit high. staffs are good in behave services and others are good. Overall I personally satisfied.

The location is best. Market is downstairs. Room are big. Food is at best price. There is cockroaches in every room
