Hotel Vinayak Palace

Location is great, heart of the city so moving in any direction is equal distance. The manager of the Hotel Vinayak Palace Mr. Ravi is managing the day to day operations in an efficient way. The rooms have all basic amenities like a mini refrigerator, Hot Water Flask etc. One suggestion - the rooms phone connects only with the reception and not with other rooms, they should do something about it.

There is nothing you can say bad about this Hotel Vinayak Palace. Good spread of BF, excellent taste dinner was superb. Room was spacious and clean. Service was superb. Front desk was very polite & helpful. Bathrooms were clean. If they continue with same hard work no Hotel Vinayak Palace in Bilaspur can beat this Hotel Vinayak Palace in business.

Only toilet s were not that clean as compared to other things. Otherwise all other things such as location, quality of food, cleanliness, room service was excellent if I in future visit Bilaspur I surely stay in Vinayak Palace Hotel or if any of my friends/relatives ever visit Bilaspur I Am sure I will introduce them Thanks and god bless them

The Hotel Vinayak Palace is one of the best we have stayed at. It felt exclusive and the facilities matched this most of the time. The room were the biggest and the best laid out I have ever stayed in and the food/breakfast was great at the Z Everyone in the Hotel Vinayak Palace was also very helpful and always deal with a smile

Hotel are well decorated but service quality was too slow ... 1st day TV were not working due to cable problem also during my two days stayed WiFi are not connected due to tower problem. Good experience, Hotel Location is very good. Nice room with Split air- conditioner. Furniture was quite okay but the maintenance of furniture and accessories are poor. Staff response is satisfactory. Food quality and taste is also satisfactory. For short business trip the stay is satisfactory.
