Hotel Vindhya Residency

I booked AC room but AC was not working during half of the stay time. The caretakers were giving excuse of power cut however at midnight when I spoke to the owner the AC started working continuously. Not a two star hotel as described image shown is also not real

This is not even a hotel, just a dharamshala and shame in the name of hotel, a fragile old man doing all the housekeeping , rats and cockroaches everywhere.

The staff did not talk to us properly and even water was not provided. This is very wrong on the part of the hotel. According to them, water is also not available for free, we are forced to buy water from them, at least water for drinking should be provided.

Location is good but basic amenities are not properly provided cleanliness of room is not upto the mark

It was family trip to vindhyachal, during booking ac room was not available so we booked non ac, we had one night stay

We stayed in this hotel during navaratri and the hotel ambience was really cool and had the lust of greenery. The hotel staff were really gentle. I would recommend it for a family stay.

There was no water tap working properly. No white bed sheets, no dustbin in the room, no hot water supply and the most bad thing that a frog was moving here and there in the room.

The owner and staff are very nice. Maintenance of room was very nice. They are very cooperative and the location of hotel is very nice. Thank you

It was nice stay at vindhya residency. Manager's behaviour was good. Hotel rooms were spacious. Biggest advantage was it is at walkable distance from vindhyachal railway station and vidhyachal dham. I would say average hotel with all basic necessity.

Overall good stay. Manager mr. Khan was very helpful for my senior citizen parents during my stay there in navratri because of their health issue.

Co-oprative staffs, mannerd and good peaking space

The property is very poorly maintained. The rooms and the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Overall the property has extremely poor hygiene, very bad maintenance and service and not safe for families. The loan is used by hotel staff and drivers mostly to openly bathe and laze around. Food is very bad quality. Not worth a penny. Will never stay here again!

I met there one man named mr shabbier ahmed at reception. He welcomed me very humbly and arranged all the things i needed asap during my stay. I talked him few times and he was very nice and polite in that. Also, he guided me for few thing in my first stay at vindhyachal. He was marvelous. If i revisit this place will stay in this hotel because of this man.

Room and bathroom was so dirty. Bathroom door and shower was broken. Bed and pillow were dirty. I booked non ac room for rs 1500 throgh mm t but office charge is only rs 1000 for 1 night. But room and facilities was like 500 rs. I have never seen such dirty. It is also mm t fault i complained it with mm t he provided me 700 rs future voucher for 2 rooms charges 3451.
