It is a good period staying this wonderful Hotel Vip International because my birthday was during my staying in Hotel VIP International. It was surprised to me I received a bottle of champagne for the gift from Hotel Vip International. Thank you very much. The straff throughout the Hotel Vip International were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the Hotel Vip International is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel Vip International to visitors to Kolkata.

Without a doubt one of the favorite Hotel Vip Internationals, I stayed during my time in Kolkata! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, my name was mentioned on the board and I was upgraded to the Executive room. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. I had one great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Note, this is not a 5-star Hotel Vip International or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Reception service was good, food tastes good, room was nice, i was quite comfortable. Food quality was not bad but according to the price, it was value for money. Breakfast service needs a little improvements. Like staff is almost always on their phone listening music, and refilling of the stations was very slow. When i told the staff there was a tiny stone in the POHA, there was no response then just ' ok sir'. But i was enjoying my breakfast coz was good in taste so i didn't bother. All over i liked the place. Will return surely when i am back in kolkata.

I have booked this Hotel Vip International through Make My Trip for a night. Great offer. Location is great. Room was clean and well designed. Service of this Hotel Vip International was up to the mark. Hospitality was nice. Receptionists were well mannered and helpful. I was glad to be here. Will come next time in December as there will be a new eve celebration in restaurant cum bar.

Very very bad condition of a three star Hotel. In my view blacklist in UR Hotel list. Already lodged a complaint. Very dirty, unhygienic, dampness in walls, broken floors, no hangers in Bath, and many more. Not for good family and CHILDRENS.
