Hotel VIP Square

We had booked 4 rooms for one night stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful. However the facility itself needs some upgrades. For example all 4 rooms' geysers were not functioning. Rooms were not perfectly maintained. We checked out early morning before their breakfast spread was open for guests. The lady in charge took extra effort to serve us basic sandwiches and tea. Kudos to her efforts.

Hotel is good very near to Jagannath temple and puri beach as well. It was a very pleasant experience for me staying at this hotel

No refrigerator in AC Deluxe Room...I never faced such things anywhere. Everything in this hotel is high priced...restaurant and also mineral water. Now m water (Aqufina / Bisleri) is available only for Rs 15/- whereas in this hotel it is Rs 30/-. Bathrroom shower is not working properly. Basic services like provide of M Water Bottles, Coffee & Tea kits are not provided. Very poor service

Location of the hotel is very good. It is situated in the Medical Square in the main road itself. Behaviour and ambience of the staff are really good and the staffs are helpful as well. Rooms are large and we'll decorated. But two areas they need to improve are house- keeping and food. We stayed 3 days in the hotel but rooms are bathrooms have not being cleaned and we slept in the same bedsheet for 3 days. Food is very spicy also. Rooms are neat and clean, close and easy access to temple, beach and shoppings. Breakfast and food is amazing. Friendly and cool staff. Value for money .Bus and auto are available just beside the hotel , they will charge rs 10 to reach temple. This hotel is above the vishal mega mart, we can park in cellar but only space avialable for 4 cars. Due to long weekend I booked it for 4 k , u can try at 3 k during normal days

The room was neat and hygenic, room service was good, walkable distance to temple and could also book a cab to airport ...thats a gr8 plus point. Food can be rated good but not excellent

Horrible , earlier this hotel was nice, now day by day it is detoriating . No food quality, insufficient complementary breakfast. Reception person is non coporative. Overall it is a worse staying. Hotel rooms were stinging. AC is not working of room no 302 , after complaining they shift us to another room. Staff’s were good but not energitic / un motivated. We never prefer to stay in this hotel any more. Except location is good.

Geyser was not working properly..the staff was terrible.. first they informed in the afternoon that driver can stay in the hall ... then they suddenly denied it... the kettle was not clean asked to change it twice but still the same...

It was a good stay. Location is very near to Jagannath Temple. I actually had a temple view from my window. Safe basement parking. Only thing i missed in my deluxe room was a refrigerator.

Room was not good. internal phone not working. No directory for inter com. wall paper of Room tear off. There was a smell.
