Stay was good but booking experience was bad. I booked double room but upon confirmation I saw that it was showing twin. upon checking with hotel they mentioned that double room in that category is not available itself and I need to either upgrade or speak to Mmt

Everything was fentastic..Especially food quality, clean , services and room space ..overall excellent

The most atrocious hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The bedsheets and linens were soggy, stained, and appeared to have been used by previous guests without being changed. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a foul smell and leaking fixtures. Even basic amenities like towels and toiletries were either missing or of very poor quality. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were far below acceptable standards. Definitely not worth the money — would strongly advise avoiding this place unless management takes serious steps to improve hygiene and maintenance.

Hotel is good but not like name International. it's local type. Just Average. One of the staff from reception talks like he is d owner and customers are cheap. However everything is average with food, rooms. but room cleaning is proper with basic facilities provided.

Overall great stay.Staff and services are excellent,location was much suitable to me, amenities are sufficient enough to spend a short vacation or weekends. Food menu provides many varieties with best quality, loved the food everytime and everything I ordered.

Best hotel in Jamnagar. Club is Great. Breakfast having lots of variety is really good. Few things can be improved further like Illumination is not sufficient for reading in night due to yellow available lights.

When i started booking i saw room with king size bed and i was in route therefore at timing of selection of room booked was twin. If a single person is bookings room for self why one will go for twin.

It was an amazing stay. Nice property 1) parking available 2) restorent available with multiple options of food 3) breakfast was also good the only dislike is that the food price was costly.

Hotel Staff are absolutely unprofessional. Poor housekeeping & hygiene. Mosquitoes would be welcoming every where inside property. Food quality is quite good.

Budget friendly business class hotel with all basic amenities. Breakfast served was good. Rooms are spacious. Property is bit old but maintained well.

The hotel is very good services and staff. The cleanliness is excellent. Food also very tasty. I suggested to my abb india corporate to add this hotel in our corporate hotels list. Location also good.

Behavior of reception people was not good and professional he was just in confidence hotel is best no support from his side for anything.

You should visit before before giving 4 to 5 stars to the hotel and management should look in rooms electronic items are working or not and the mattress were very old and rooms electronic keys were not working properly it was discussing after paying in good hotel please look into it i should have gone in shayji hotel jamnagar
