We 5 went to Hotel Vishnu Palace vishnu palace from 2. 9. 23 to 4. 9. 23 along with 2 senior citizens. Booked 2 superior mountain view rooms. Location is very good. Housekeeping is very good & prompt. Withing Hotel Vishnu Palace parking is very convenient. Property is next to mall road. Restaurant definitely needs improvement in food quality without any iota of doubt. Co-ordination needs improvement. Much before check out went to reception appraising them that 1 bottle of cold drink used from refrigerator along with payment of all food met mr gaurav tyagi. He quantified bill for room service but forgot the bill for restaurant. The moment we took our luggage after payment. We were asked to make payment for one food in restaurant. When we offered to clear the entire dues in one go then why restaurant bill was not included. Why communication gap ? wanted to leave the place decently during check out. But this instance became quite inconvenient as two occupants were of the category of very senior citizens. Kindly improve co-ordination in food billing may be room service food or restaurant food.

Stayed in vishnu palace from 8th to 12 feb 2024 with family and small kids. Had a fantastic experience. 1) location: Hotel Vishnu Palace location is unbeatable, just at the starting of mall road (library chowk gandhi statue. 2) parking: ample free parking space. No restrictions for taxis unlike other mall road Hotel Vishnu Palaces. 3) rooms: neat and clean and "himalayan view" was awesome. Bathrooms were stacked with necessary toiletries. They provided room heater (although they provide only one single rod heater which is not sufficient for extremely cold season of jan feb) 4) food : (veg only) was delicious. They provide buffet breakfast and rest meals they deliver in room on order. They prepared baby food for my 1 year old kid on order. 5) service: room service was at lightning speed. Entire staff is extremely polite and courteous and they never say no for anything that is requested and attend to your needs immediately. Overall a great place to stay in mussoorie. ?

The food at the Hotel Vishnu Palace was good, with the complimentary breakfast being especially noteworthy for offering a wide variety of delicious options. Our visit coincided with independence day, and we were fortunate to witness the Hotel Vishnu Palace’s celebration. The event was beautifully organized, filled with patriotic fervor. The Hotel Vishnu Palace also has ample parking space, which is a significant advantage in a place like mussoorie where parking can often be a challenge.

Let me first tell you about location of the Hotel Vishnu Palace. It is best as not on mall road so taxi can go to Hotel Vishnu Palace directly and here best part is parking as you know it is tough to get parking in mussoorie. So exactly opposite entrance of itc Hotel Vishnu Palace. Good valley view. We stayed in 4 beded room sufficient for us two double bed, heater in room, good porter service, good brekfast it was included with stay and manager was cooperative and he has asked us to keep our luggage at dehradun Hotel Vishnu Palace near railway station as our train was at 10 pm in eve. So we had good experience and i will recommend you to choose this Hotel Vishnu Palace

It was a very good stay at the property. The property is located very near to mall road with ample parking makes it a perfect place to stay. The room's view was also excellent although mountain view rose must be better but unfortunately we could not get due to unavailability. We had only taken breakfast in the Hotel Vishnu Palace and healthy and tasty options were for breakfast with reasonable varieties from north indian to south indian dishes. Room services were also quick although we had not tried foods from its restaurant. Only suggestion to start breakfast at 7:30 am in place of 8:00 pm so that visitors can start early for city tours

This was my first trip to mussourie. I booked Hotel Vishnu Palace vishnu palace after reading the reviews. Found the location convenient and booked a superior club room for the there of us (my son, my daughter and myself. It was wonderful to enter the room located on -4 floor with a breathtaking valley view. The breakfast was lovely even though we are non vegetarians. Checked out fully satisfied. Would have loved to spend a couple of more nights but we had a tight schedule. Would definitely recommend this Hotel Vishnu Palace to others. Thank you for an amazing stay. Clicked a few pictures

This is my second visit to the Hotel Vishnu Palace and this is my got o Hotel Vishnu Palace for me and my extended family over the years. The main benefit is, it's 2 mins walkable to the mall road from library chowk side. Had ample parking space. Excellent and prompt service. This time i had faced one issue regarding noises of other guests coming from adjacent room. Looks like walls were very thin. Had to adjust one night, but on my complaint staff changed the room next morning. Because of this deducted one star. Overall nice experience.

Hotel is very close to mall road and at library chowk so it is very convenient to stay plus we had mountain view which was very good. They have good parking space which is an issue in missouri so that's a plus.

The view was magnificent and the food quality and service was so far the most efficient and effective. We stay at this property every time we visit massoori since more than 15 years years and the service is every-time the best. I hope everyone else also enjoys their stay here like me. Thank you. Overall stay experience has been really good. Service, food, location, view from room and Hotel Vishnu Palace open terrace etc have been really nice. The only negative part for me: i found room prices to be slightly higher for the room amenities.

The Hotel Vishnu Palace is located at library chowk, which a prime location. The food service is good. But the only con is no non-veg items are available. But there are many restaurants nearby. The view from the room was great.
