HOTEL VISHNU SAROVAR by First Halt Xpress

It was a pathetic experience. This organisation first halt express is a cheater basically. The pictures of hotel they have uploaded they don't have tie up with them. When we reached there we found different hotel which is in shabby condition. No electric cattle no tv etc. Even foul smell was there. Final we have to book another hotel. Worst experience

I recently stayed at The First Halt Xpress Hotel in Badrinath, and my experience was mixed. Here’s my detailed feedback: What was good: 1. Polite Staff: The staff was courteous and attentive, which added a positive touch to the stay. 2. Manageable Environment: While the presence of rats was noticeable, it didn’t cause significant issues for me. However, measures should be taken to restrict their access to guest rooms for improved comfort. Areas for Improvement: 1. Room Size: The rooms were quite small, which felt restrictive for the price charged. 2. Food Quality: The food quality was comparable to a hostel mess, which was disappointing. Improving the taste, variety, and freshness of the food would make a huge difference. 3. Value for Money: The overall cost of the stay felt high compared to the amenities and services provided. Lowering the price slightly or enhancing the quality of the offerings would balance the experience. 4. Beverage Facilities: These were limited and didn’t justify the cost. Providing better beverage options would be a welcome improvement. Suggestions for Improvement: • Enhance food quality and provide a better dining experience, as it is a key factor for travelers. • Implement measures to prevent rats from entering guest areas, especially rooms, to improve hygiene and comfort. • Consider reducing prices or adding more value to the services and amenities to justify the cost. Overall, while the staff’s behavior was commendable, the stay did not meet my expectations in terms of value and service quality. I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve future experiences for guests. Feel free to make further edits!

Experience was okay, room was average, but with the money, its not that good. Then bathroom flesh was not working, staff were supportive, check in and check out the as smooth.

The location of the hotel was good, very near to the temple. It was a good stay. Must stay. The food was also decent.

Rooms were spacious and clean centralised hot water system 16 amp with electric kettle food was good location was just 500 metres from badrinath temple

It was a good hotel, and the staff was really supportive and helpful. Hot water was available 24/7. We were leaving every day at 5 am for darshan, and hot was available at even 4:30 am

The overall stay was average and i will rate the hotel as a 2 star hotel. Location - good food - ok as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. The buffet was fine but the food quality can be enhanced. Amenities - average or below average. I requested for tower.

Room, food and washrooms are not good, there is no room service as well

The hotel is near to the temple. The hotel staff behavior and services are commendable. The hotel provides excellent himalayan mountain views.

People giving services were humble honest and helpful, it’s still under construction and lots of amenities are just on the paper, first day was rough experience

We were exploring char dham from the day we took to many halts. But in all of these my favourite was vishnu sarovar hotel and their hospitality was awesome specially harish bhai was very humble with everyone.

Overall experience was good… staff was very supportive, room was very neat and clean. Seamless experience
