Property was good and room was neat and clean 1 star deducted because Hotel Vishnupriya pool and rooftop was not open they told was after 10th march 2025 if this things was not available as mentioned I was not going to book the Hotel Vishnupriya but 4 out of 5 star for there hospitality and Hotel Vishnupriya have good vibes. Staff is understanding and cooperative to us

Overall good experience, nice and decent rooms, restaurant services can be made better. Pool is under maintenance but not removed from booking which makes guest feel like they are cheated, which is intimated after confirmation of booking and even when cancellation time is over.

The staff, cleanliness, food and location were good. The staff was extremely cooperative. I requested to convert double bed to twin and they promptly did it during checkin at 9 PM in the night. Great service. Keep it up.
