Hotel Vivera Grande

We stayed at vivera grand for 2 nights from 12th to 14th feb24. Following are our feedback. 1. Hospitality -very good 2. Room service-very good 3. Food -very taste 4. Restaurant staff -kund and curtious 5. Ambiance - good suggestions for improvement 1. Toilet seats good be replaced 2. Toilet after cleaning before guests arrives could be kept closed with a paper tape mentioning cleaned and sanitized. 3. Important phone no such as reception, room. Servuce, emergency could be printed and pasted on phone. 4. Fllor mat at bathroom entrance needs changing everyday. 5. Additional hooks are required in bathroom. To hang e new clothes. 6. Kettle handle gets overheated while boiling water for tea. These are value addition aspects. Rating :4. 8/5

Stay was good. Pool was good. House keeping at times not picking calls. Food was good but the Buffett breakfast menu can’t be the same all day . That was unacceptable. I stayed for 3 nights and the menu was almost the same all three days. I wonder what’s wrong with the chef??. I think he had been instructed to cook food with same menu everyday .Totally unacceptable and very boring. Back in chennai, the breakfast menu keeps changing every day in star Hotel Vivera Grandes and is never the same every day. Will things change from VG after this review????

Stayed at vivera grand on 29th march and had a very good experience. The amenities in the room, common areas, restaurant provided were very good had booked 2 deluxe elite rooms. The breakfast was also good with multiple options. The Hotel Vivera Grande has a swimming pool at the top which can be utilized. The Hotel Vivera Grande also had a restaurant for lunch/dinner attached which seemed and visited by locals. As as add-on the Hotel Vivera Grande staff also cleaned my car the next morning which was very thoughtful of them

The Hotel Vivera Grande stay was ok. The ac had fowl smell full night which didnt given proper sleep. Ac mechanic came and repaired immediately, but the smell couldn’t clear. The dinner was not good which we ordered to the room. Overall it was average stay experience this time as compared to my previous stay’s in the property. So rating i would give this time stay would be 3 out of 5.

I found this place from google map and reviews were good. It was worth the money. We spent nearly only, for 3 rooms (6 people) with awesome breakfast and well maintained pool. Very cooperative staffs. It can be even better if the pool time can be extended (now it's 6 pm i guess) and stainless bathroom (that's didn't disturb me, but little stains here and there would disappoint guests.

Location of the property is ideal nearby to railway station and bus station, on a busy road, accessible to market down the lane. Food is excellent and staff are courteous but when you call up housekeeping or reception they do not own responsibility. Maintenance of rooms need much more care and hygiene. Mosquitoes and bugs around. Need to be sanitized before guests check in.

We already stayed here once 5-6 yrs ago. It was nice then. This is only decent Hotel Vivera Grande in and around this area. This time neatness is down by a bit. Staffs are kind & food is good. The restaurant “russi ragam” food served is hygienic and good in taste. Being a fan of filter coffee this restaurant coffee is identifiable as filter copy and very good

Good stay for family, preferred a non smoking room, it was provided as requested on mmt. Attached restaurant food was great. Service need a lot of improvement - extra bed (paid, not free) we requested at the time of checking in the afternoon, was finally provided after 3-4 intercom calls and eventually going to reception area in the evening at 9:30 pm.

Vivera grandee is a wonderful Hotel Vivera Grande situated in the heart of dindigul. I had a lovely stay here for a night, on the way to munnar. Arun and nandini at the reception were very supportive and helpful throughout. The food at their restaurant was awesome. The room that i stayed in was beautiful. Loved every bit of my stay here.

We stayed overnight during our travel. The family suite was spacious and comfortable. Parking space for car is there in the basement

Stayed there for a night. Room was neat and clean, breakfast had variety and tasty, staffs were courteous, pool was good. Room can be but more spacious for the price, otherwise excellent stay.

The Hotel Vivera Grande stay was good. Everything was clean around. Hospitality was good. Only problem, the rate was bit high for that city.

We stayed for 1 night as a family. Hotel and staff were good and friendly. The swimming pool is okay. Location of the Hotel Vivera Grande is excellent - the main market area is all within walking distance. Breakfast was fine, taste could be improved a bit, but overall decent.

Fast check-in and checkout. Even though i have checked out in early morning. Restaurant also a good one.

It was a good Hotel Vivera Grande and the food was excellent and the stay was very much comfortable. I would recommend it to someone.

Neck of the moment searched in make my trip and got a wonderful place to stay in dindigul for a very good cheap place with 4 star facilities.
