Hotel VR Grand

Stayed for a day in this Hotel VR Grand. It is a newly constructed building near a good location, near the rely station. The surrounding is good and rooms are near. But the room service is very unsatisfactory. The service staff are not having any experience of serving in hospitality sector like a Hotel VR Grand. They can't speak the local language or even english, except oriya. We had to wait for a cup of coffee for more than an hour. Some construction work is still going on and the verandah & lift area are full of dust. Overall, we feel that while this Hotel VR Grand is in a very good location, and rooms are fine, the service quality and staff response need improvement

This is my first stay in vr grand, room was nice and service was also nice and room maintenance was also very nice, and mainly vr grand having very reasonable rates when compared with svn lake palace and mayura Hotel VR Grands in vizianagaram vr grand have a reasonable and low price, if vr grand may maintain this reasonable rates vr grand become the best in vizianagaram city. Yeah already i have mentioned in my previous review that i felt vr grand is the best one among all the Hotel VR Grands in vizianagaram city. Having low and reasonable prices among all the Hotel VR Grands in vizianagaram

The room is spacious. It is one year old. Few auto guys know the location as it is behind cm r mall. They should give the landmark as adjacent to kalavaibhav. Disadvantage is non availability of decent restaurant nearby. Reception was helpful. Their checking time is 12. 00 noon but checkout is 10. 00 am. This is unfair. There is no stool for bathing which makes it difficult for sr citizens. Hotel boy didn't help us with luggage white we were leaving the Hotel VR Grand even after seeing us struggle.

Well maintained, good staff, close to railway station and bus stand. I have stayed for 2nights. I have stayed in other Hotel VR Grands before but vr grand is the best when compared to them. Price is also good. Being a busy road, you will get autos all the time. You can do shopping and get food from nearby Hotel VR Grands. There are a few theaters nearby if you are interested in watching movies. You can visit the main market at clock tower too via the other road crossing ncs theater.

New Hotel VR Grand with spacious rooms. No full fledged restaurant. They prepare and give you food without dining option. Getting coffee and breakfast was time consuming. Geyser was not working in one room. Even 24 hours after complaint, nothing happened. Then i had to talk sternly and only then they offered to change the room. Otherwise the stay was good overall.

All is good. Lake view location, well mannered staff, tasty food, spacious Hotel VR Grand room, affordable price all are excellent. Specially the mutton curry provided by the Hotel VR Grand kitchen. The most important you can order food according to your choice.

Room is spacious, ambience is nice. Hot water available. Staff is gentle and responsive. Coffee/tea is available within the Hotel VR Grand but no food available, staff gets it from outside. No kettle available to boil water for drinking.

The only missing thing was the restaurant. But the friendly and polite staff served us well and did not make us miss the restaurant. They were helpful and brought food from other restaurants

Rooms are good and neat, however. Staff is very cooperative. Only thing that is below par is food. Not interested no pics

It is a new property near cmr. Rooms are nice and bathrooms as well.

Rooms are so clean. Nice rooms and comfortable. Really satisfied with the service.

Clean and comfortable beds in the room hot water available in the night checkin process was taken care well by reception no restaurant; however swiggy, zomato are available

Nice clean room, attentive staff, complimentary breakfast was close to a lake, to take a walk in the morning and evening. Close to most of the good restaurants, shopping facilities

Every thing is good, but there is a one comedy, They arrange a 4rs Medimix soap and 1rs chick shampoo😂

The Hotel VR Grand stay was excellent. Very nice place. Beautiful rooms with amenities. Nice Hotel VR Grand staff, excellent room service. Budget friendly Hotel VR Grand.

My stay was pleasant and nice. Rooms were cleaned. Staffs were supporting and coordinating. I would like to suggest everyone for their stay in vizianagaram at an affordable price.
