Hotel Waterfall

Hotel facilities are just beautiful. The room was wonderful, very modern, clean and simply lovely. Our room was very modern and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The service was great. All staff was very friendly and very helpful. We even got a complimentary late check-out. Will definitely return.

I stayed at Hotel Waterfall, it's a nice property in Delhi. Staff, Food and Market everything was good. The bedroom area was comfortable with a big television a nice sized desk area and good amenities. When I accidentally left a few things in the room they contacted me immediately and arranged for a pick-up.

The Hotel Waterfall manager was helpful. And the stuff were really faithful as well as very much customer centric. Though they have charged for drinking water. Food was very costly. Apart from these, the room was excellent with even a mini refrigerator placed so you can enjoy a chilled beer while staying ..

Nice Hotel Waterfall to stay. Food is tasty and of good quality. Room service staff needs to be motivated and require more training regarding customer service. Also should keep buffet options for guests staying at Hotel Waterfall. Overall a good place to stay as not much options are available in the area.

It's a beautiful Hotel Waterfall opposite Hotel Radisson. Using makemytrip I got a room in 2200/- only. The Hotel Waterfall is at prime location. Also easy transport facilities available outside the Hotel Waterfall. The food quality is excellent. I will recommend my friends for stay at Waterfall.

The Hotel Waterfall is clean and neat with all the basic amenities in place. The room was extremely clean and the Hotel Waterfall staff well mannered, courteous and ready to help. The Hotel Waterfall and rooms are decorated very tasteful with beautiful furniture and are clean and comfortable.

Location is too good as traveler, rooms are clean, awasone scenery inside the Hotel Waterfall of statue, but breakfast should be need focus for improvement, parking facility also good in the Hotel Waterfall, well rated 3 out of 5

Staff are so attentive they are one step ahead of what you need or want at all times. Rooms and beds quiet, comfortable and peaceful. The bedrooms were pleasant and comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom. Enjoyed the experience.

Location of the Hotel Waterfall is good. Staff and service was also good ... Specially Mr. Dev, the front office manager was very good ... Nice stay ... Only problem with the bathroom and the toilet. It's seems that regular cleaning is not happening. Otherwise no other issues

Good room Best location and awesome facilities and services very good staff. Parking Space Is good, near The Mall and it is on The road on Peeragarhi so location wise it is the Best choice.

The Hotel Waterfall, staff and service were absolutely amazing. Everyone went out of their way to help with everything. The food was delicious. Rooms were great, comfortable, clean and spacious. Food is nice and there are many options for food. Overall, value for money.
