Very bad staff is very rudely in behaviour the management ignore the guest and staff

All the infrastructure was in a deplorable state — the room was damaged, the bathroom was in disrepair with leaking water, and in certain areas of the bathroom, we even experienced mild electric shocks due to poor earthing. The services were pathetic, the hotel staff was intolerable, and overall, the hotel was shockingly unhygienic. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all; it felt more like a rundown establishment with no standards.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the room felt unkempt and poorly maintained. Basic facilities that were promised at the time of booking were either missing or non-functional. It’s clear that upkeep and guest comfort are not a priority here. I would not recommend this property and certainly won’t be returning.

Need improvement in bad sheet and towel. Two times we bad sheet and towel found used condition. Disappointed for us.

Property was very good. Room was cleaned. Location was also very good but staff behavior was very poor. Totally unprofessional. Food service was very delayed n drastic.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful—no matter how many times I asked for assistance, they ignored me. Shockingly, they even took my phone without permission and gave themselves a 5-star review! The room was filthy—no soap, a foul-smelling washroom, and zero cleaning for four days despite repeated requests. They refused to provide even basic essentials like glasses or a dustbin change. If you value good service and hygiene, stay far away from this place!

it was too dirty , they didn't have a mirror inside the room, the flash was also damaged, lift wasn't working

he was not provided complementary meal on time as discussed.. very poor services.. not cooperative... rooms is also not clean, bad bed sheets also..

Hotel doesnot have any amentities. No breakfst was provided despite having an addon in the package... when asked the manager advised me to order from outside which again was taking more than 90 min to come... worst place ever.. this property is marked as hotel... instead of serviced apartment.. tv was provided but no connection... i have to go to reception from fourth floor to ask about basic facilities... basic courtesy... provide water... that too was missing... regarding this i have made complaint this morning.. but that too looks unatteneded.
