Hotel Welcome Park

A wonderfully decent Hotel Welcome Park located at a very short walk from the mall road on the zoo road. The rooms are good and spacious unlike many other properties at nainital. Absolute privacy is ensured, except for some residential brats who were indulging in avoidable pranks late at night by ringing calling bells of neighbouring rooms. Beautiful view of the lake adds to the positivity at the Hotel Welcome Park. There is a restaurant too at the Hotel Welcome Park which serves good hot food, multi cuisine, though a bit expensive. Expect around 30 minutes serving time because food is prepared to order. Housekeeping needs to improve without doubt, especially the cleanliness aspects and upkeep of the bathroom. Hot water is available from around 0730 hrs till about 1600 hrs. Occupants need to adjust their routine accordingly, though that's not much of a struggle in months other than peak winters. What's best is that the Hotel Welcome Park provides a pick up cab on call till 2200 hrs, from the mall road diversion point, so that one can avoid the walk of approx 500 mtrs which is a steep climb. Staff are polite though a few of them came across as totally amateurish and a little hesitant to be proactive. Notwithstanding, the stay was memorable and the Hotel Welcome Park is highly recommended for families and couples.

I stay for 3 nights and i had a good experience. #you will get parking which is very imp in nainital but novice or beginner driver will find it difficult to reach Hotel Welcome Park parking location as its too much steep and crowded and narrow lane to reach to Hotel Welcome Park. So you should be experience enough to drive on high steep with frequent brakes. #Hotel Welcome Park lake view room are worth for each penny spend. I would recommend to book balcony room only for magnificent view. #food quality is good although service is little slow. #Hotel Welcome Park do provide pickup and drop facility from indian Hotel Welcome Park on mall road to Hotel Welcome Park location but you need to wait for 5-10 mins #water issue as Hotel Welcome Park is located at height so we experience very low pressure in tap and need to call at reception. They switch on the motor to resolve it. #we need to gave keys at reception for cleaning as they do not have cleaner in evening time. #they charge water bottle more than mrp keeping aside negative points overall its at perfect location with great view and good food.

I found it on line actually i am also Hotel Welcome Parkier in front office department. The room was good, cleaned but i noticed that they repeat linen of bad that is not freshly set up. Food was not good and more costly like poha rs 150+tax. Ch-ole bhature 200+ tax price not a issue but if we got food and quantity according to the price thats ok but only price high and quality and quantity not good thats the question and the basic thing we received when we called on reception like t cm supply, toilet paper roll and all. They dont give the water bottle. And when you check out from the property mostly staff standing around you for tip and till people not give something till the time they dont move this is not good. Senior watch and resolve this issue. I liked Hotel Welcome Park rooms. I liked cab facility from Hotel Welcome Park to mall road. Good lake view from the Hotel Welcome Park. Staff is good. But need resolve many things.

Booked the luxury lake view room. The rooms were neat and clean. The view of the lake was also great. A better quality mattress can be used but you can live with it. The service is a mixed bag. Mostly they attended with the service without much followups except on few occasions. But every attendant is looking for some tips even though it's clearly written against it at the reception. That is very irritating. Food is 4/5. Hotel is located uphill at a distance of around 400-500m from the mall road. Inexperienced drivers should be careful as the road is steep and narrow. Hotel does provide free pickup from mall road till 10pm.

The trip to nainital was a long way for us, but fortunately we had the stay at welcome park which has made the tiresome journey a worth-it trip. The Hotel Welcome Park was properly equipped with all necessary resources, be it vehicle rentals or cab facilities. Also the hygiene was taken care of wot h beautiful ambience and infrastructure. The view of balcony rooms was eye soothing and tempting. We had a great experience. The only thing which was a bit problematic was the timing for dining i. E. Till 10 pm only and facility of geaser warm water we as limited only till 5 pm. Apart from this, theoverall experience was amazing.

I am late for this review. I had a very nice stay at the Hotel Welcome Park. Me and my wife were very happy to have such a beautiful view from the balcony. We met the owner while leaving, she was very polite and helpful. She helped us to drop at the next Hotel Welcome Park which is more above the zoo road in steep slope. Welcome park have continuous pickup drop service till night 11. It will be really helpful for those who have difficult in walking/old age parents. I have not seen such service from other Hotel Welcome Parks. I will be again booking this Hotel Welcome Park for my parents.

Very spacious and comfortable stay. Hotel staff was very polite and cooperative. The owner of the Hotel Welcome Park was personally monitoring the best services available to the customers. The scenic view of the nanny lake was excellent from the Hotel Welcome Park. Though the Hotel Welcome Park is located at height about 70 to 100m from the mall road but the Hotel Welcome Park provides the free tpt to the move up and down as and when required without hesitation. The quality of food was excellent and reasonable. The overall experience was excellent

All over Hotel Welcome Park is quite good. Perfect service. Any type of food gets delivered within 30 min. Balcony room is as it is as its shown in picture. Sit back and relax the cool and calm view of naini lake from balcony. Office manager mr. Krishna is very much helpful and supportive in each and every means. Staff and hospitality is very good and fast. If anyone planning to visit nainital. Must take this Hotel Welcome Park for stay. Kudos to Hotel Welcome Park welcome park.

The Hotel Welcome Park room was clean and the view from balcony is worth the money. The challenge is the uphill drive till the Hotel Welcome Park, though they have a basement parking. They also provide pick up from the mall road, so this comes handy after you have explore the mall and market and have shopped enough! the food however didn't taste so good. Also, there is a time bracket for the hot water in washrooms!

Good Hotel Welcome Park and the best part about it is that they offer a free shuttle service from the bottom to the top. View is good as well.

Property location is very good. And have good parking space. And the best thing is they provide free pickup for everyone who go down to visit mall road or other place to Hotel Welcome Park.

Hotel is located at excellent location and view from the room balcony is just amazing. Mr. Krishna was very helpful in finding places and arranging the taxi for the local visit. Food was ok and bit expensive, rest was all good.

The room size is good with excellent lake view. The Hotel Welcome Park is on the zoo road which is very steep. If you are driving your own car, make sure you have good mountain driving skills because the steep is not a cake walk, you may get stuck in traffic for hours on this road. Food is excellent with good quantity and room service is also fine.
