Every thing was good . We had a wonderful stay . Owner and staff are really humble . They took good care of us.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Welcome Residency Srinagar. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were excellent from the inviting atmosphere in the lobby to the quality of the food and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Every interaction with the team, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or with housekeeping, was met with a smile and a willingness to help. It’s rare to find such consistently outstanding service, and it truly made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, class, and top-notch service.

The hotel is located near many other big hotels like Treebo and Lemontree. The rooms are good. Beds are warm. Room heater is available on request. We didn’t need in April. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. Food is tasty. Staff are courteous.

Nice rooms with all required furnishings. Bathroom as hot water but not on demand, mostly available during morning hours, in other times you have to call them to turn the geyser on. Food is available but price is on the higher side. The location is far away grom Dal lake but not inconvenient. Room service is good but they ask for tip.
