I stayed here with family in the month of a pr for 3 nights. The Hotel Welcome Residency rooms are big, clean, hygienic and decent. Some of their rooms are a little old furniture, but some others that are renovating are really good. The rooms with rear side view are best. The neighborhood at first seems a little lonely but it's safe. The Hotel Welcome Residency staff are polite and nice, but not when they nag for tip. They Hotel Welcome Residency has a kitchen and a restaurant below, they serve good food, much better than some of the avg food served outside around dal lake. Both veg & nonveg foods are served. They have b fast buffet for mornings only. The Hotel Welcome Residency is located very close to other branded Hotel Welcome Residencys like lemon tree and four points and crpf bb cant. Base & kv, a very safe neighborhood. The rooms have heating pad equipped beds. During summers. They accept payments in cash and upi, no credit card. There is no public conveyance available from Hotel Welcome Residency, you may need to take a small walk for that. In srinagar, tourist usually have their own conveyance. Overall a good staying location with good food and Hotel Welcome Residency staff. I would have only liked if the Hotel Welcome Residency front desk was a little supportive about tourism information sharing / bookings about locations/rides/activities around srinagar, gulmarg or sonmarg, it just helps the tourist, that's where i received a cold response from the Hotel Welcome Residency!

Finding secure parking can be a challenge in srinagar, so i was relieved to see Hotel Welcome Residency welcome residency had a good-sized parking facility. Safety was a big concern for me, and this definitely put my mind at ease. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a sparkling clean bathroom. An unexpected bonus was the electric blanket, which kept me nice and warm throughout the night. The staff were all very friendly and cooperative, making my stay even more enjoyable. Hotel welcome residency was a fantastic stay for me! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment i arrived. My room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean and hygienic a big plus for me. What really surprised me, especially since it wasn't advertised, was the electric blanket! it was a lifesaver during those chilly srinagar nights. Plus, there's ample parking with security, so i never worried about my car. Overall, a great budget-friendly option, especially for solo travelers.

The hotal is totally new, so the rooms are pretty clean, service is good except food, rooms have enough space too. If you wish to only stay here it will be fine, but for dining you have to move out. Still it is worthy, fits in average budget journey, slight far from dal lake but jhelam river is just behind the Hotel Welcome Residency… INOX is also very close to it, where you can spend delhi type life. The place has an average stay. They had electric blankets, but room heaters will be better during winters.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and the stay was decent. Room are comfortable only thing that was not evident is not all the rooms are air conditioned which can be disappointing to many. Food was good and decent. The only disappointing thing was the bathrooms they are not upto mark as other things in the Hotel Welcome Residency, it did not had exhaust also getting hot water was not easy as the geyser was taking long time to heat water.

I have been staying in this property since 2019 & it has never disappointed me so far. The staffs and the service are good and promt. The over all amenities is good and the rooms are quite upgraded.

Good hospitality. Away from the main road, hence a calm place. The hospitality of room service boys appears to be very dramatic, maybe they expect more tips from the clients.
