HOTEL WEST GATE

The WC is so compact an adult will not be able to sit ...it's a basic requirement of any room booking honestly I am not able to use it and used public toilet.Rest everything is fine as per price range but the bedsheet has to be changed if it's getting sold to a new guest which is a minimum expectation .But a big Plus point is the location...it's just opposite of the West gate of the temple which is the best thing during my stay ...

There is no drinking water provided in the room

Too small and smelly rooms. only good thing is that near very close to the temple West gate.

The washrooms were broken and not maintained. Doors didn't have hooks. Insects everywhere. Not worth it

Really had a horrible experience during my stay the room and bathroom was very small and was not so clean. The Heater was not working and the staffs were not addressing to the issue. The only plus point is the location which is very near to the temple and beach.

Very conjusted rooms and not properly hegein maintenance, try another hotels because there is no sense to go there

Overall good with near temple location

A big NO for families.Small room and rat trap bathrooms. we cannot even sit properly on commode. cockroaches everywhere unhygienic rooms, bathrooms. dirty bedsheets. Non cooperative and rude staffs. Property's location and services are good. It is located near the temple. Food is average. Nearby restaurants serve better food. Overall it is good.

Room is in front of Sri Ramanathar Swamy temple. It was neat and spacious. Hotel staff supported well. Thanks

Hotel is very near to temple, this is its plus point. But room was very small in size and toilet was also very conjegsted.

location is great..check in was delayed about 1 hour..heater was not working..tv was not working..not up to the rate ..

The rooms were average.. doesn't meant bad.. but in terms of practicality it's good, just in front of the temple west gate. parking arranged were 0.5 kms away. but considering the hotel location that's fine.. rooms are congested.. but you get only that kind off rooms in that above mentioned particular location. went in the peak season.. prices for room were too high

Only location of the hotel is very good. All other amenities are average. Room service is very poor. Bathroom was very small and clumsy. Experience was not good.

Rooms were clean but somewhat congested. Staff is supportive. Hotel is in front of west gate of ramanathswamy temple making commute easier. Overall good stay for families and couples.
