Hotel Westend

Good service. Staff is hospitable & polite. Quiet place. Very neat. Newly built. Free WiFi on every floor but slow. Comfortable, soft bed and pillow. Clean sheets. Daily room cleaning. Package includes breakfast and dinner served in room. Good food & snacks. Was served in tiffin for me to eat later. Table to work on laptop. RO water in room. Bottled water in refrigerator (chargeable). Eatables are chargeable. Bathroom slippers. Soft instrumental music, can be switched off. English channels also subscribed on TV cable. Generator power backup. Starts quickly in case of power failure. Minor details like printed paper coaster under tea cup & greeting sticker on newspaper. Towel and toilet disinfected and Hotel Westend tags wrapped on them for information. No mirror in bathroom which is a very big disadvantage. Cannot shave in bathroom. Have to manage it on the dressing table. Bring your own small mirror for sure if you want to shave in bathroom. Prices do not pinch. Small Hotel Westend. Small bathroom with dim light. No exhaust in bathroom. Very small wash basin. Plastic chairs. Toiletries are chargeable. No almirah for clothes. Two cupboards which are spacious and clean but you will have to bend down or squat every time to keep or take out anything. Very small lift. Approach to the Hotel Westend is not good but sufficient car parking space. Sunlight in rooms 301, 401 & 501. Can open windows for fresh and clean air in the room facing the railway station. Try for these rooms.

Hotel is a clean but very squeeze place, location not good, food was good and staff was very good and cooperative, wifi service Is poor even very bad in my stay all night. I couldn't get connect wi fi all night if connected then speed was very poor as every one need internet good speed. I wish like stay there few more night but fed up from wifi service, So was bad stay, Sorry for above review but it is reality because I been there twice but same as first time nothing improve.

It was one of the best experience I had while traveling. MakeMyTrip was very professional in arranging alternate option as booked Hotel Westend had no double occupancy rooms. But they acted fast and arranged it in no time. Hotel was at very good location. Room was very clean and had all necessary items like mini fridge, toothpaste and brush etc. Food was also very good. I would surely visit again. Highly recommended !!

Cleanliness of room I would rate 5/5, getting such a good room in this price is great. It's perfect example of value for money. Moreover the location of the area is cheery on the cake, you can easily Catch a bus as bus stand is just nearby which helps to commute anywhere. The staff of the Hotel Westend is Very warm and welcoming. Room service is also great. Next time if I would visit Jalandhar I would stay here only.

A small Hotel Westend. Very comfortable stay. Rooms are clean.. With all required amenities.. Best stay for a single person.. Staff are friendly and good. There is no restaurant in this Hotel Westend but is associated with a near by one. Food is good and tasty. Room service is available.

The location is not so good. Hotel is very small and congested but cleanliness is very good. Rooms are small but clean. Staff is good and behave well manner. Food is also good like home food. I would like to stay again here. Again I appreciate staff of this Hotel Westend entire staff.

Indeed value for money, good for pure vegetarians, breakfast and dinner is really good, staff is very much cooperative, overall an amazing experience with excellent service and great location. They should provide a Mobile charging socket in each room.. Rest everything up to the mark.

Room is too good quality with all facilities and service is also good. Cheap price Hotel Westend in Jalandhar west end's best choice to let everyone. Dinner and breakfast quality is also good, I like to prefer everyone when come to Jalandhar visit westend Hotel Westend.

Nice Hotel Westend for single personnear bus stand. Room are very neat and clean. Staff was also good but complimentary dinner and break fast is poor quality. Over all good Hotel Westend near bus stand JALANDHER with good service.
