Staff behavior is very polite. Room is neat and clean. Locality is good and all other facilities are good which we have required.

Peaceful and Calm and Neat and Clean Place, But daily basis review of cleaning must be prioritize.. On booking non ac room are mentioned provided geyser for hot water but not actually provided

this is very bad hotel. room size is very small, and quality is. ot up to mark. very bad experience.

Very unhygienic, bad food and they take extra charges for room receptionist demanded 500 extra money but I pay 300rs

The management behavior was very good. The owner itself came to pick up with his car when we were stuck in the rain rear by the hotel. Also he himself dropped us in the market about 2 km away from the hotel without any cost. Very helpful people. The food was supplied from outside which was good. The room provided space was not enough for 3 adults we booked. The bathroom was average in cleaning. AC leaks and water gets inside the room. When the room opens, it has a bad smell for some time.

Deluxe rooms are so small washroom condition is also not good

The room is so small

Our stay at westend Jalandhar was good. We reached around 11. Food was kept packed as we requested for the same. Room and bedding was clean. Staff also was helpful.

Rooms were small, with no ventilation, had foul smell in rooms. Staff have zero manners whatsoever. And if asked for any help, denied without any shame. Rooms had no water bottles or any basic amenities

Stay was good but didn’t provided complementary water they charged extra for it and dental kit was also not provided.

The property was far away from the railway station and room was very small and the location is very shady

Firstly the location was very central and convenient. Very close to jalandhar isbt. Secondly, the rooms were clean n had all amenities n very budget friendly. Third the staff were very friendly n helpful especially the guy in main desk n the helper. Had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located near the bus stand of the city. Finding the hotel was a challenge as it is very small and not known by locals. The room which i booked didn't have a working ac which is a basic necessity these days.
