I stayed at the hotel on 8th Jan . I found hotel management totally insensitive and arrogant . I had booked the hotel for two days but requested for cancellation of second day since my work got over in one day . The Hotel desk and management was unhelpful , arrogant and insensitive. Would never recommend This hotel for guest with flexible travel plans .

While the hotel is centrally located and is not too far from airport and railway station. The hotel lacks hygiene, towels can be better also the cooling inside the rooms were not upto the mark.

soloRooms are spacious, ac is pretty good but takes time to cool the room. Bathroom was smelling like a smoking room as the previous guest must have smoked a lot in the bathroom. Smoke alarm should be installed in all rooms and bathrooms to avoid this. Hotel is getting pretty old and needs renovation badly. Bathrooms especially and towels should be replaced as they've become yellow and are very used up. Will stay again as it is near the place I work.
