Terrible Hotel

I was stay in Room no.203. I have booked for 2 days so second day when we ask for change the bed sheet and pillow cover then they don’t want to change and when I insisted then they charged 400 from me in the name of stain. The location of the hotel is in remote area even road is also not there. Due to location you cant get anything from nearby area, so we have to order food from the hotel and they are charging very high, but food quality is not good. Overall i will advise to every one to not book this hotel otherwise your holiday will be spoil.

Nice property but approach road to be improved

Over all Good experience. Property is very well maintained, staff and food is good. Only issue was the 1.5 km approach road which is broken. If the approach road gets fixed I’ll rate my overall experience as 5 star. Coordinated provided by MakeMyTrip in their notifications is not correct, which is a MMT issue.

Not worthy of the money spend. Hospitality, amenities in the room and everything can be improved. The amenities mentioned in the booking won’t be in the room, you have to ask the reception. The only best thing is, the morning breakfast.

It has been a good experience staying in Hotel Whitehouse. The rooms were well maintained and the food too was delicious. The restaurant staff was too cooperative. The valley view from the room was also good. Good game zone and play area.

“Great Views, But Falls Short on Service and Value”

The place offers clean rooms and a decent view, which were the highlights of the stay. However, the food was disappointing—both in quality and variety, with a very limited menu. Hospitality was just average, and staff showed little effort in accommodating special requests. For the price paid, the overall experience felt underwhelming and not worth the money. With better service and food, it could have been a great spot, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it.

It was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a nice, calm, and quiet atmosphere. The ambiance is relaxing. One major positive aspect- the hotel was very clean. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and hygienic, making it a pleasant place to stay. However, one major drawback is the road leading to the hotel—it is in very poor condition and can be quite disappointing for travellers. Reaching the property can be a bit of a challenge due to this. Additionally, the property itself is not very large; it feels more like a hotel rather than a resort. The stay was enjoyable, and the peaceful environment was a highlight. If the road were improved, it would enhance the overall experience.

Road is bad and costly foo

Hotel is ok but it i located in a cut road of anachal area. 1. 5km inside. The road very bad. Hotel food is very costly and not worth it. I suggest go with misty mountain hotel, it is located in main area with view point.
