Dear sir We are extremely sorry for the experience you had at our hotel. 1. We do not provide drinking water bottles on FOC basis. Chargeable chilled mineral water bottles are available at a nominal price of 25- per 1 litre bottle. 2. For breakfast we have an option of breakfast combo (limited absolutely fresh items are served as per your choice. The above is clearly mentioned on our MMT profile too. We don't serve buffet meals. 3.We also provided you with complementary early check-in on your last minute request on FOC basis. Yes there was a small blockage in the drainage which was attended the same day when it came to our notice. Looking forward to hosting you again at hotel White Lily, Bhopal and assuring you our best services the next time you visit our property.

coupleRooms are very good (premium rooms) as this hotel is new, staff don't know how to talk with customer even they don't have proper car parking for guest who are staying in their hotel complimentary breakfast is not a complimentary breakfast they don't have buffet system they serve at your room and you can choose only one dish at breakfast, for example you take one poha at breakfast you can't repeat your order one person one dish this is the policy of the hotel, everything is chargeable and food is very costly, if you order any food they will take 1 hour to cook, even they don't provide you complimentary water bottle everything is chargeable

Had you informed us earlier we would have prepared a packed meal for you. You are right we take the last order at 10:30 pm as our kitchen is closed by 11 pm.

We understand you were traveling with your kid but still it's not possible for us to allow guests inside the Kitchen and cook themselves. We also want to confirm as per our hotel policy we don't offer complementary mineral water bottles.
