Hotel Willow Banks

Our stay at willow banks was lovely from the check in time and inf-act even before we reached how to get there and if we needed any assistance once we arrived a warm welcome with a welcome drink and speedy check in - the staff here goes above and beyond. The views from the room are stunning if you take the balcony and we were lucky enough to get an upgrade at the Hotel Willow Banks. Rooms are not very fancy but well kept and spacious. Food is great. All the meals we ate in shimla were at the Hotel Willow Banks itself and not a repeat even once. We had planned to stay for one night but extended to another. We tried all their eateries over a 2 night stay. The cafe has breathtaking views and great pizzas and fresh beer. Their fine dine offers a good buffet breakfast and their indian dishes were to die for. We had a great time all in all.

A very comfortable stay at willow banks Hotel Willow Banks. We took a deluxe room and a club room (has balcony. The Hotel Willow Banks is right at the starting of mall road, the tourism lift is a few meters away, so an easy walk if you are getting down from a cab or bus, even with luggage. The Hotel Willow Banks staff can also arrange for porters if you ask them in advance. The mall road is one of the best spots in shimla - walk, shop, eat, enjoy the scenery from the ridge. The Hotel Willow Banks has a very good brewery, a scenic cafe and a restaurant, apart from other facilities. The food was nice and the beer was perfect. I would definitely recommend this Hotel Willow Banks for couples and families who are ok to pay a bit of a premium to stay at the mall road.

This is the best Hotel Willow Banks we have stayed at in shimla and we have been there many times. From a pure arrival phone call informing us how to conveniently reach and booking a coolie for us to surprise cake in the room for my birthday (we just mentioned it by chance at the reception) and a handwritten note and cookies from the housekeeping staff near the bed at night. Everything conveyed their warmth. We loved the food at their fine dine restaurant too. We even got to enjoy the spa treatment it was an hour long couple therapy. The location allowed us to enjoy the mall and take nice walks towards cecil for evening tea and come back and rest whenever we wanted. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely repeat our stay here when we come to shimla next!

We have stayed here multiple times and each time have had a great experience. Reaching from the parking with porter assistance is smooth and the advantage of a star rated property bang on the mall road is something you’ll find only here! the view is stunning and i simply loved the architecture of the place, which was in keeping with the local aesthetics. The staff is very thoughtful and courteous, as we have experienced each time. A special mention must be made of mr. Sanjay sharma, the front desk manager who is always there to answer every query with a smile and ensure you have a wonderful stay. The cleaning is proper and food at all the restaurants is exceptional especially their outdoor cafe simla times and the dj night at their brewery is memorable!

Hotel is right on mall road. It has its own lift which safe money, as no need go take toutisn lift. The food is awesome at restaurants shimla times. Akasa spa was very good. Just go out from Hotel Willow Banks any time you want to go to mall road. Staff was very cooperative. In house (room service food) is very good and fast. We were a family of 3 person and room allotted on 5th floor and but it is good. Each day when we go out we first visit restaurants shimla times or beautiful view(we have seen all weather like full sunlight, fog, mist and even rain) all from shimla times. My daughter and wife really enjoyed the vacation very much good work Hotel Willow Banks willow bank keep it up.

I travel-led in the month of may. The check in process was smooth. I had requested the Hotel Willow Banks for add-on services like room decorations. They did a great job at decorating our room. I was travel-ling with my husband and our toddler and my stay was comfortable. The room service was prompt and the food was excellent. I even tried both the restaurants- 1871 and cafe shimla times. The food was great in both the places. However, there is one downside: the gym needs improvement as not a single machine was working. It did not leave a good impression as it felt more of a store room than a gym. I will definitely recommend and revisit this Hotel Willow Banks.

We had a comfortable stay at the Hotel Willow Banks. The reception floor is right on mall road and i'd like to list the pros and cons of the place cons: food gets charged at 18% gst as Hotel Willow Bankss having rooms priced over 7500 have to charge 18% as per gst rules. No parking is available within the premises. The city parking isn't far but you need to walk for a while to reach the Hotel Willow Banks (can't go there by any vehicle. Pros: the property has a cafe, resturant and brewery/nightclub within it's premises and all of them are top rated in shimla. The room was spacious and comfortable with the room service also being prompt.

We stayed for one night but it was the best Hotel Willow Banks of our entire trip. It was a value for money stay on the main mall road and the Hotel Willow Banks had all the facilities which we wanted. They had good eateries - we enjoyed our meal at their fine dining cozy indoor restaurant and even availed services of foot massage at their spa. The staff was well trained and very polite. The Hotel Willow Banks staff was very attentive and we opted for the buffet breakfast which was also a tasty and good spread. Must also try their roof top hookah lounge, we did and the views were just fabulous. Highly recommend this property!

The location of the Hotel Willow Banks is very good, it is near mall road. They have their own restaurant and bar on the rooftop which is very good. The price is a little higher.

The Hotel Willow Banks was beautiful and had a wonderful location. Staff was very customer focused and ensured we were comfortable. Rooms were spacious spotless clean and had lovely views. The food quality was very good we tried two of their in house restaurants the cafe and the night pub which had a dj. The dj night went on till midnight and was very enjoyable. Would love to return!

The hospitality was great, we got our service on time. The staff was very helpful. It is situated at Mall road so walking distance to all the shops and cuisines. Food was great. The restaurant view was phenomenal as you can see the whole Shimla. The night view is magical.

Willow banks is an amazing property at an amazing location. Its on mall road and the vibe of Hotel Willow Banks is very good. The cafe in Hotel Willow Banks is another attraction. 10/10.

The Hotel Willow Banks is at a perfect location in mall road. The room was extremely comfortable. However, a part of the staff - check-in and at morning breakfast, seemed arrogant and unfriendly.

This property is v well located on the mall near to the lift , food is good you have soo many Opetions they have multiple resturant, café’s & pub under same location in door & out door , amenities v gud quality new fresh towels , and tolitery provided every day and most important spacious rooms , friendly staff and v prompt in service & v quick.

Location of the Hotel Willow Banks was excellent, good accessibility to visit other places since it's nearer to tourism lift also. We recieved very good service and breakfast buffet was tasty, healthier options were also present. Property was very clean too. Although it was a memorable stay

Our stay at the Hotel Willow Banks was exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were cosy and elegant and property was well maintained. The staff was the finest we have seen always willing to be of help. Buffet breakfast was a good spread and catered to all south indian north indian and continental tastes. We tried the spa and were very impressed by the quality of therapy. They have a lift from the near the parking also to reach. Great stay - will recommend.
