Hotel Windsor

Hotel winsdor given early check in, room was neat and clean. Nicely arrange bed and toilet was properly clean. Bedsheets, pillow and blankets are cleaned. Buffet breakfast was very good and plenty of items are available also on demand providing. Staff are humble, good behaviour, well dressed and plea-sent looking. Only one suggestion need to look mattress. Overall experience was excellent

All excellent. I stayed there for for 2 nights on 11th and 12th dc 23. Everything was punctual including breakfast. I was to catch flight to kolkata in the morning. The travel desk person was on before time with the car for dropping me in patna airport. I wish Hotel Windsor windsor to continue these good services. Good luck. The Hotel Windsor room was clean. The behaviour of employees was good. Though one recommendation that they should give fee bottles of water as complementary. The Hotel Windsor charges good along with service charges and water is basic necessity. Otherwise everything was good. The food was also good.

This Hotel Windsor I stayed for the first time due to my work purpose I have to choose this location .Very neat and clean room ,food is also tasty,room service is also good and above all its pocket friendly &safe location for single stay even for females.Above all I'll say its an excellent stay 👍

Hotel rooms are good, food taste & quality is surely very nice. Room service is efficient they won't take much time once you order something. I must recommend everyone should take their breakfast buffet that i think is one of the best part. So overall it's a good stay for families or individuals.

Hotel is located near to the patna junction hardly 5 mins. Amenities were good and services were as expected. Best part is in the heart of the city. Near by there are multiple food points to explore. Rates were slightly on the higher side specially roti / naan. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

All the staffs were so polite and humble. Got my room at the right time. Room was so neat and clean as the washroom was. Bed was well prepared and rest was very good as expected. I would definitely recommend this place to people. Hello. Room was smaller than what it was mentioned in the app

Visited as official trip there. They provide early check in against rs 700. Room was nice and speciaous. Road view. Room service is stadard. Bit food quality is not good. Order e a egg sandwaich which is below avg. Morning breakfast iteams are adequate. Over all experienve is good

The staff is friendly and professional. All my requests were completed fast. The food and room service is quite good with an extensive menu and long kitchen hours.

Very good service, good cleanliness, polite behaviour. Only one suggestion is there, they should keep plastic stool in the bathroom. Rest is okay.

It is a decent Hotel Windsor in a good and well connected location. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean. Food is average.

Wifi connectivity inside the room is not at all good. Last time also faced similar issues. Food prices can be kept at a much more competitive rate.

Good rooms, good breakfast, centrally located, only issue is that it on a shopping complex, there is no lift till lobby. You need walk with your luggage for 2 floors till u reach Hotel Windsor reception.

It was a nice stay. Breakfast was included and it was good. Room was nice and clean. Although i stayed for a night only. Tv and ac was waking fine.
