Hotel Wizard Palace

There was no Hot water, even i told them to turn on hot water, still no response. Very Very Bad Service,also Broken Bathrooms.They also asked for extra money and told them you booked from make my trip and that price is low and we dont provide rooms on that price. What is the point of using Makemytrip. MMT should look into this matter they are scamming. Evertime they ask for more money.

I selected this property based on reviews. But the good reviews were for the old management of the property. The new management is pathetic. Issues Faced: 1. Stained and stinking bedsheet and pillow covers. 2. Mosquitoes in the room due to lack of proper insulation. There was a big gap between the window and the wall. 3. After repetitive complaints since morning the bedsheets got replaced at 8:30 pm 4. We asked for a good knight machine due to mosquitoes issue but received it around 11:15 pm after multiple followups. 5. We had booked 2 AC Deluxe rooms but were provided a small AC room without TV. 6. It was all dusty within the room and 2 medimix thin soaps were provided that too without cover(who knows they might be reusing it for next customer) Won't be going back to this property even if they provide free accommodation there. Hence, ignore this hotel for planning to come with family including kids as they don't have their own kitchen. They go and bring food from outside.
